The seller support

I'm having trouble downloading a new version of my app in the App World. Get the Package ID is not the same error. I tried to contact the app world vendor support a couple of times, but I've not heard of them. Does anyone know if this error can be fixed on my end? Or if there is someone I can call?

I checked my signature keys and the name of my app - the two are the same as the previously downloaded version.  I really want to get this upgrade as soon as POSSIBLE, so I have a chance to go through the whole built for BB certification before its launch.

I discovered the problem. My other programmer had restored older insetad of key signature of the most recent of which were used for the application during its first download from App World. I restored the correct signature keys and I was able to download a new version of my app on App World. Thanks for your help.

    After a year on the world of BB, my last update of the app was rejected for a mention of a competitor device, including the help, even if this text is in the HelpFile for the app was introduced a year ago.     I made the choice in February 2013 to focus exclusively on the development of native applications for Blackberry 10, tie my future to the success of the new operating system. Now, it seems my faith and commitment have been misplaced and I wonder how much longer before the existing applications are left to wither on the vine, because developers are no longer able to fix bugs or add features.

    (2) did you have a case or Incident # assigned to enamel (usually contained in the subject line of an answer or an automatic response)?

    If an opportunity iOS device has been "Locked Activation" then only the former owner can unlock, either by providing you with the account ID and password, either by removing it from its list of devices (as it should have before selling) s ' please see http://support.apple.com/kb/ts4515

    If you are unable to contact to do this, then I'm afraid you will not be able to use the device - there is no other way to release all. Apple cannot open it for you.

    If possible, you should return whenever you bought it and ask a refund as this event that the unit is completely useless.

    Adobe has not yet been able to offer suggestions of what-so-ever, aside from telling me that it is there no real person for this product customer support and that I should try this forum.     I bought the Publisher of 12 elements in March 2015 on the Apple App Store. Apple has confirmed that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my Mac. He has had problems since bought and installed on Yosemite, now the new O.S. El Capitan is installed, and 12 elements editor now refuses to open at all.

    My opinion is that if Adobe and Apple do not provide professional support for the products they sell to us, then they should say at the outset that there is no support for these products. This is not the first time that I was sold an adobe product that doesn't have any product support, product durability or reliability of product.

    As you have the version of the App Store, you will need to re - install. Your download should always be available in the Mac App Store under "purchases".

    Apple has had problems with security certificate expired affecting all applications downloaded from the Mac App Store. Here's a solution that worked. Give it a try by following each step:

    I had the same problem on the Mavericks and your suggestion worked for me.  FYI, I deleted the items, empty trash, disconnected from the App Store, restarted the computer, signed in to the App Store, then downloaded items.  I use OS x 10.9.5 and 11 elements.  Hope this helps!

    You must create the userContent.css file and possibly the record chrome as well if they do not yet exist.
    Note that the names are case-sensitive.

    • Create the folder chrome (lowercase) in the .default < xxxxxxxx > profile folder if the folder does not exist
    • Use a text editor like Notepad to create a file userContent.css (new) in the folder chrome (file name is case sensitive)
    • Paste the code into the userContent.css file in the Editor window
    • Make sure that you select "All files" and not "text files" when you save the file via "save file as" in the text editor as userContent.css.
      Otherwise, Windows can add a hidden .txt file extension and you end up with one does not not userContent.css.txt file

    I force quit on the process of 'agent' in the activity monitor and put the folder in the trash on a case where (are not empty, but I think that all signs point to him having to be removed)

    I found nothing else on this file for my bets are that it is new, but I hope that someone else could have seen or have a better idea of what it is or what to do.

    Log off or restart the computer. The Trojan horse should now be inactive.

    3. This step is optional. Open the folder as in step 1:

    ~/Library/Application Support

    and move it to the trash of the subfolders with the name, something you found in step 2.

    Do not move the Application Support folder or anything else inside.

    4. open the Applications folder. If there is an element named something, or "Hell Zip", or with any of the other names listed in step 2, then drag it to the trash.

    If in doubt, press option-command-4 key combination to get the apps by date added. Look at the apps that have been added since you first noticed the problem. If there is one, that you don't recognize, drag it to the trash.

    You can get an alert that the item is locked. Confirm that you want to move to the trash.

    Empty the trash.

    If you receive an alert that the application is running, force it to quit.

    Uninstall all extensions, you don't know that you need. When in doubt, remove all of them. None is required for normal operation. Do the equivalent with Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use one of the people.
