  A mask is grayscale without transparency. So if you convert the transparency of a mask, you have pixels in grayscale in the mask which may be affected by an adjustment. The result will be a change in the appearance of the hidden layer.

BOUGHT a new XP package to replace the OEM Win 7, but it is not allowing me to use it.  It seems to me now that the OS is related to the card motherboard/Bios, (that I didn't know when I bought the laptop), I can't change the operating system to one that I prefer, not Linux, not XP, not anything.  My question is this: this designation in the BIOS can be changed?  I can't take much more of my blood pressure rising on all issues with Win 7.  I really need to get rid of him, or to sell the laptop and buy a refurbished with XP installed.  Indeed, if the PC is on the disappearance, this must be one of the reasons - the forced control put on the buyer now when they buy a computer.  It's like buying a frying pan and then discover, you can only use one brand of eggs when you want to make your breakfast.

  The reason why you have trouble to install XP is that XP is too old to have the new disk controller drivers preloaded, and on a consumer notebook, there is no setting in the BIOS to change the emulation to disk controller to a legacy (IDE) mode.

  So, the lower upgrade guide is good, but you really need this first guide and read the section on Intel chipsets that will give you the advice you need to integrate the SATA AHCI controller drivers in a copy of your XP disc using nLite.

  Because it isn't Contribute, I don't see anything in the DW CS4 reference on how to have easily DW check for the files most recently edited on the server (edited by customers), so that these can be downloaded on my DW site locally.  Does anyone know a way to do, in addition to checking the dates of change on remote files, and download like that?

  I have done the too large font, which made it impossible for me to fix it because the essential buttons are way below where the cursor can reach to change the size of fonts (DPI and resolution).

  If this is the case, you don't have to reach the buttons apply or OK.

  Simply press the Enter key. It is the same as clicking on apply or OK.

  I use Adobe Lightroom 5.5 on a Mac even on Maverick. When I go to the book module in the lower right side of the screen is a big button that says export book to PDF... If I hit this button I get a save window which has no options to make a lightweight PDF and it produces a PDF of 100mg. It is a problem because I can not use this as proof that I can send and share with my client.

  Before using the button "Export to the book in PDF format" settings in the Panel (at the top right).

  When you change to the appearance of the Panel changes PDF and you have options for your PDF.

  Thanks for posting about what is happening. If I understand you correctly, you have a book you want on your iPhone and iPad, but neither is synchronizing correctly to have both.

  Have you checked every device to confirm that the same identifier Apple is signed all three?

  iPhone and iPad: head to settings > iTunes and App Store

  iTunes: on a Mac, it's under account or installed depending on the version of iTunes store.  On a PC, it is also under account, and if you don't see the menu bar, click on the triangle in the upper left corner to view the Bar Menu or CTRL + B on the keyboard.

  If all 3 have the same signed Apple ID, post the version of iOS and iTunes for all three devices here, please.

  When you scan a document, what you get is a * photo * of the words, not the words themselves. If the quality of this image is good, you can convert editable text using a software called OCR (OCR) character type.

  Unless you already have an OCR program (many scanners come with a 'Lite version' of some OCR program) you will need to buy. The best one is generally regarded as spnord Fine Reader, but Omnipage (which I use) is also very good.

  Hold down the ctrl key and the mouse wheel. This should change the font size in some applications. Some applications also have their own settings of police out of their menus in things like or etc (for example). This will vary by app.

  For WLMail it appears this and this should offer some control on WLMail fonts used, but only the 2nd seems to work OK. This application there is a bug? and certainly it does not work for me.
