  I'm having a problem with the dynamic pressure of the stylus on CS3. They cannot be changed.

  You can try the tablet in the paint that should be found under accessories in the all programs list.

  (even if the pen pressure works in paint, you always find a compatible driver)

  You really need to go to the wacom site to find the latest driver because only by using windows for

  It's all about marketing and money.  You can be extended or not, depending on what are the features that you need.  I personally don't have extended, just Standard and it's quite capable in itself that I need.  The two editions have 32 and 64 bit variants (if you have a 64 bit OS).

  Adobe says only Extended offers "...". breakthrough tools for creating and editing 3D content and lively.

  I use Windows 8.1 with a Tablet Wacom Intuous Middle Pro with the latest (6.3.8-4) driver

  This afternoon, I installed Photoshop CC 2014, and since I had a lot of questions, intermittent and random, with the pen pressure. It works fine in Illustrator, but in Photoshop, under the sign of the brush, the pen pressure option has a warning next to him sign and simply does not recognize the Tablet as being sensitive to the pressure. Sometimes if I turn on "Windows Ink" on the mapping tab, it sometimes works, but not always. And have Windows controlled ink done by selecting things in another application very lag (and done work in Indesign almost impossible)

  Photoshop CC 2014 changes Microsoft system to the use of stylus API, with these APIs, you must have Windows active ink. These APIs give better race results and improve the experience out of the box for users using Windows tablet/convertible devices. If you want to revert to the old WinTab of previous versions implementation follow these steps:

  Create a file that contains instructions to restore the WinTab feature.

  Create a text file in a text editor such as Notepad.

  Type the following lines:

• Photoshop CS5 - changes in "vertical offset.

  When old Photoshop CS2 projects opening in Photoshop CS5, everything appears as before.  But for about 75% of the text, the "Vertical offset" field now has a nonzero value.  It seems that I have to put my 'baseline-shift' back text assigned to zero then reposition the text.  I would prefer just the "vertical offset" to be reset, because I know that I have not changed this value.

  Is it possible that the 'baseline-shift' value is something other than zero for some fonts and I just never noticed that the value is not null before?  Or is it a question of opening a project from Photoshop CS2 in CS5?

  The vertical offset and other CHARACTER settings are 'sticky', which means that if you have never changed them over there, they will remain unless you reset them.  They are not changed, as far as I can see, for any choice of fonts.

  If one nonzero value is set, it will be adjusted by the ppi of the document so that the text is visually shifted the appropriate amount.

  Hello. I began to think about the upgrade. I like making art, even if I can afford to go. There has been a lot of times I watch speedpaints. Most digital artists use CS6 and looks like it does a great job with the painting. Just use the paint bucket and there is no need for additional coloring to look right, they can use the pen tool and fix it, and they can easily color contours.

  I have Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended, which was given to me as a gift a few years ago. I hope that I can take the brushes, gradients, styles, and swatches for her if I update.

  You should be able to migrate your brushes, presets, actions etc. styles.  I'm not a painter, and so I can't tell you if you if CS6 has much better painting features than CS5.    To obtain an upgrade of the CS6, you will need to call Adobe directly. Adobe will try to talk to you when you subscribe to CC instead of upgrading to CS6.

  If you have installed CS5 on one machine and it's a legal copy of work.  During the installation, you need to connect to Adobe.com to enable installation of Photoshop.  This was done through an Activation of Adobe server which writes the activation credentials on your machine and records you on database Adobe product that connects to your machine serial number when you connect on adobe.com and click on the link I provided you should see your CS5 product and be able to click on CS5 to retrieve your serial number.   You should also be able to download install CS5 using the link I provided and when you install it, you should be able to connect to Adobe.com and use the serial number recovered to activate your second machine.

  Looks as the Photoshop CS5. The Illustrator is CS5.5. You can better served by uninstalling times, run the cleanup tool and reinstall Photoshop Illustrator before.

  You're in luck. Photoshop CS5 is the first version to come with Content Aware Fill. You can use this to clear transparent objects, such as your net. Try to take a look at this video, that should help you to do exactly that:

  I recently got Photoshop CS5 and am currently using the trial version on Windows 7, its my first program Photoshop, and the first time the Wwindows 7, before that I used Jasc Paintshop and Windows Vista... so I'm kinda new to things.

  
  

  ON QUESTION! As an artist, I use many similar colors on the same layer and the use of am to use the Brush tool to join a specific domain in a new color and the pipette filling/paint bucket to fill the area. However, with cs5, I am having a serious question... I can't get any type of brush to have a solid edge to allow easy to fill with a fill tool, Brush tool still has a soft/semi translucent edge on that.  I tried to reorganize the different brush setting, using brush types, different sizes and options of the fill tool and I am unable to solve the problem.

  
  

  No matter what I try, I can't brush to make a single solid line that can fill the bucket to fill on tolerance 1.  I can't seem up tolerance on the fill tool, because many of the color palettes that I use on a layer are incredibly close and cancel the other colors, I want not filled.  Also, I can't click 'fill' several times when the option that I noticed, that develops outwards beyond the encircled area I try to fill, a few pixels at a time.

  
  

  I can't find a way to effectively brush to fill the tool without it leaving some empty or go outside the area I want to be filled, any help would be greatly appreciated.  If I can't find a way beyond this, because it is my main technique, I will most likely return program.

  Anyone know the maximum size of the image files, we can save in Photoshop CS5 for Windows 7 please? I'm experimenting PS CS5 and the help file only if it is larger than 2 GB, you must save it in one of the following values, without saying what is their maximum size...

  • Photoshop RAW
  • DICOM, or
  • TIFF. The help file says that TIFF tops out at 4 GB (and PSD to 2 GB).

  I am currently working on compiling a massive file that overcomes 16Gb before you flatten and cultures. I really need to save it as soon as possible, but if I don't know size max files I can't without the risk of all my work.
