  What version of OS are you using? If you run El Capitan, he won't work except in the latest LR6 and CC.   In the PDF file, click View > Navigation panel > Pages

  I had to reset panels to view the Pages again.

• Clientless VPN works internally but NOT externally. Help please!

• speakers are connected but not detected! Help, please!

  I tried to plug in my sound souround in my lap. Well the wires accidentally touched something and then there is a loud noise, of course, we were surprised & so after numerous attempts, trying to have his surround for the computer, we couldn't hear anything so I gave up & just connect the speakers to the computer again in the tower. Well we couldn't hear anything now! I tried to watch a movie and NOT of HIS! We tried pluggin helmet & still nothing! & now even if the speakers are plugged and his saying that the speakers are not detected even if their plugged in! But if I check the sound I can see that the lines for the volume are moving up and down, but we can't hear anything! so I called a computer tech and he said that sometimes the sound is changed well I changed the sound and he was trying to detect the speakers, but it is still saying that nothing is plugged into the Speaker Jack when they are! Computer Savy not so much need help please! Blow something?

  My 13 "MacBook Pro (mid-2009), running Snow leopard (10.6.8), has finally given up and won't start.

  I tried to boot into SafeMode several times, but the loading bar does not move and the laptop just completely stops.

  I also tried to boot in single user mode with the command fsck - fy, but this results in the following:

  I guess that means that there is something wrong with the hard disk and some corrupt files?

  My problem is that I have no time machine backups, so I would like to know if it is possible to do something to get to the top and running.

  That, I do not have an external drive with my main important files and photos on a failure, so is it possible to completely erase the computer so I can sell it at least?

  I really need help on what I've been driving myself crazy trying to figure it out!

  Boot from the DVD and run the check/repair disk utility and repair permissions until you get no errors.  Reformat the hard disk using Disk Utility/Erase Mac OS extended (journaled), then click on the Option button and select GUID. Then re-install the operating system.

  When you restart, use Setup Wizard to restore your data.

• Can adjust the elements on the page in MX, but not in CS3

  I don't know what to call this problem, then couldn't do a search on this forum. I have two computers, which works in Dreamweaver MX, the other running CS3. I can access different elements of a particular set of web pages in MX, for example to resize a photo. But in CS3 all the page elements in the div "content of" highlight as a single element, so that, for example, if I try to remove a Word from the text, the entire content - images, text, etc. - is removed instead. I made these pages in MX. I guess there are some default setting in CS3 which prevents me from access to individual content items. Here's an example page:

  Thank you for your message.  You will need get a driver xp for printer/plotter.  Pilots are produced by the manufacturer and are usually downloaded from their Web site, however, I can't seem to find anything online to JRL Systems.  I recommend you contact JRL systems for the suitable driver for your printer.  You also have the option to search the Web for 'plotter jrl systems printer driver.  Don't forget that some 3rd party software can contain viruses and malware, so take precautions by downloading and installing the 3rd party software.
  Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

  Open windows control panel, open Device Manager and open sound, video and game controllers.  Right click on the IDT device and select Properties.  Click the driver tab and then click on "update driver".  Select "Browse my computer for driver software", then "Let Me pick from a list of drivers for devices on my computer.  "High definition Audio Device" left click once to highlight, then click the next button to install it.

  This makes all the difference?

  Restart your computer and then try to install photoshop.

  If (no download) installation hangs at 42%, check your task (win) Manager or activity (mac) for a suspended process and put adobe end monitor.  It is usually a process to help adobe.
