The Task Manager to return to the default view

I can't get the Task Manager showing all the topics, what I've done? so I can't get all the info on the use of the CPU etc.

Double-click on the edge of Task Manager window - in the space between the edge of the window & the line bordering the area with entries in there

I have so brilliantly illustrated in yellow.

  • How to display the thumbnails in the default view

How to display the thumbnails in the default view. I have just started a test of DC Acrobat and cannot find how to set the thumbnail view as default.

Thanks George. Seems to only work for individual documents. If I do your instructions, close the document and then re - open, then of course the miniature view opens immediately. However, if I open another document the thumbnail view is not here. I need the thumbnail view to be opened by default for all documents as older versions of Adobe and other PDF software. If you can help that would be great.

  • change the default view of the timeline

I'm working with Flash on a screen of very high resolution, and I always put the timeline to display images in a medium size. Is there a way to set it as the default view so I don't have to do it manually every time?

Well I just called tech support, they said there is no way to change the default display value of Normal... guess I'll suggest for the next version.

  • How can I prevent the views of folders that I apply to return to the default view?

I know well the five default folder types, and I know how to apply changes to files of a specific type. I did it. In fact I have to do constantly, because my changes keep the reset without apparent reason. I tried to check the 'also apply this template to all subfolders"in a futile effort to create a display of default folder format. I even tried to do five new files - one of each type - manually their customization I like, then apply the changes to all folders of their type. The short of it is, these methods work for a bit, but after about five or ten minutes of normal use, I'll land in a folder that has been properly formatted and it is back to the default hideous display.

I don't want eternal youth or a pony for my birthday, I just want to see all of my folders of Windows 7 in mode 'list '.

  • Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 search window - choose "Set as default view" breaks the real from the default view

In the Great Plains of 2010, you will find a window for managing articles (for example).
In this window, there is a search button (magnifying glass) which opens the list of items.
This list always highlights the number of the item that is currently displayed in the call window (e.g., materials management).

Now, there is a setting in the window "Items" next to the title "view: all item numbers; Article number"accessible by a white arrow.

If you mess with this setting AT ALL (please Don't) then choose "Set as default" you will FOREVER be... NOT ALWAYS... be able to get the default search for the currently selected item window again. It is just default to the top of the list.

This applies only to the current user in the current society. If the user connects to another company, the search window behaves normally. In ADDITION, if the user connects to ANY computer company, this parameter follows the user account in this company. The setting is not stored locally on the GP of the user installation.

How do reset us the server GP/table or something else to have the search window default to the element that was listed in the call window? This bug follows all search windows that open the window items (maintaining the order of the day, Maintenance, sales transactions before Kit, see Bill of materials, etc.).

  • How to define commands and the default view

I have Acrobat 9 Standard, and I want to set the default to open files to view full page with one-page-at-a-time of scrolling.  I regularly open multiple PDF files and have to scroll through the entire document.

I managed to get the full view page to work, but does not scroll the entire page.  Currently, when I open the document, the mouse scroll the document continuously wheel several rows at a time.  What I want is for the mouse wheel to scroll through the document to a full page at a time (page up/page down).  I can manually set it by selecting the 'Full Page' button on the toolbar (the one with the four arrows), but it is another step, I have to every time I open a document.

Is it possible to put the scrolling in full screen by default?

You must put once the file PDF is loaded. You may need to edit document properties in some cases (use ctrl-D). I say this, but it seems that using one link to another location in the document resets the display properties based on the document. In this case, you will need to change the properties of the document (if available).

  • Sliding panel away from the default view widget?

In the user interface of Dreamweaver CS3 at the top just below the toolbar, when I select the number of options, a new set of shortcuts icon appear usually linked to the selection: Common, layout, forms, data, Spry, text, Favorites. However, when I select Spry, the shortcut of Spliding Panel Widget does not appear.

Therefore, I am required to manually enter the markup and the CSS and links linliks to JS, and CSS files that I can move more easily my standard styles and records of scripts, rather than the /SpryAssets/ folder, which is the default folder for these files.

Is he a XML parameter in one of the configuration of DW I forgot to add this icon in my toolbar? Any help would be most appreciated. I realized entered manually in markup, style and scripts to give me a better understanding of how they work together; However, I'm looking for shortcuts and quick delivery now.

Thanks in advance for your help,

No, the sliding Panel widget was incorporated Spry after the release
DW CS3 so that you won't see it in the interface. Right now, you will have
    to add it yourself.

  • How to change the default view in Windows File Explorer

I have a lot of files in some of my files to storage media.

Whenever I use the folder of Windows Explorer to browse the files, I need to select View - Details of the list of people rather than the large icons that are displayed. I have to then add or remove columns based on the information I want to see associated with these files, such as name, Date, size, length etc...
I noticed that Windows behaves differently when opening a folder with the media compared to a folder with the application files. Directory of media file opens with a set predetermined column related to the media and the application folder opens with a different set of columns.
As defined by Windows, I think there is an option to choose the columns, I want to display and in what type of look a format.
When I make the changes once, they remain the same until I restart, and then everything goes back to Windows default.
How can I define the way Windows Explorer for files and folders displays the directory.
If I can't change it, I might have to consider a 3rd party app.

  • RESOLVED: The Task Manager icon in the system tray

I always keep my task manager running as an icon in the system tray.  After an update of software that seems to be an update of Windows XP or IE7, I can minimize is no longer my status bar task manager system; the icon is no longer present.  I have not changed the settings view in the Task Manager bar; they are all checked.  Now, I have to keep the Task Manager minimized in the taskbar instead.  [None of the taskbar settings were changed to icons in the system tray as I downloaded the SP3 for XP over 3 years ago.]  Could it have been caused by the update or y at - it a way to get the Task Manager to reduce in the tray system again?  Thank you.

I tried all types of features troubleshooting before coming here, including a full analysis of the antiviral software from my system & checking event viewer.  I even went in the registry to see if something happened to the system tray.  BUT... The action to be performed by the most obvious and which should have been the first, I failed to do - restart.  Due to an another software update of my antiviral package yesterday, 22/02/2012, I needed to restart.  After the reboot, the Task Manager icon returns to the system tray and minimization has not caused to disappear.

The only thing I can conclude is that something has gone wrong during the update of the software of MS Windows and installation of KB2660456, KB2647516-IE7, & KB2661637.  It was the only thing that happens so that I was with MS Paint, no browser was opened or other software packages on except what is necessary to update the files over an internet connection.  To take a hit to what it was exactly would be silly because any number of operations might have bothered with or temporarily created a small problem with the properties of the view Task Manager.

So I chalk it up to did not not the most basic 'Fixer glitch", reboot, in my haste to find a culprit.  I hope that my blunder will remind others not not forget to start with the basics for sudden failures troubleshooting.  Thank you for your time and your advice.

[I'm sorry; [I broke each problem statement rule with this post by do not detail what I've done, this system that I have, and what software I use and their versions.]
