  I am using Captivate 5.5 to create a training session with our software. On a particular page, our coach wants tell me the user to click on each box on a page. Since there are 10 check boxes, I want to let the user click on all the boxes in any order, and not upon them in the same order that I made using the normal training record.

  I tried to insert click areas and assign variables, but then I encountered the problem of not being able to show the check mark when the user clicks the check box.

  Has anyone experience this problem or tried to created a page where the user can click several object in no particular order?

  Hello

  This is perfectly possible with the checkboxes widget and is a lot less work than to play with the images and click on the boxes. The big advantage of the widget boxes, is that it is static, you don't need to worry about the read head which would be the case if you are working with interactive rewinding objects. However if you want to offer the user a "reset", or return to the slide with the widget, I highly recommend to download the free widget boxes improved, created by Jim Leichliter, because it allows to control the variables associated with the widget.

  I'm not going to explain at length how to use it bit in a hurry because I have to teach in a few minutes. But here are a few links: first a link to Jim widget, a blog post where I explain the use of the widget by default checkboxes and third of the explanation of the improved version.

  Just a last warning: I did not check the maximum boxes supported by the widget (you need 10), if necessary but you can insert the widget twice. However never reproduce a widget, or in the same space on the stage.

  Try to re-sync and see if that solves the problem.  Your e-mail may be trapped and unable to move from the Outbox to the sent items - and re-synchronization can it empty.

  Please reset the Bridge preferences and then try it.

  Measures

  Start Adobe Bridge, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appears.

  Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces and all miniature Purge Cache - and then click OK.

  Go to start / Control Panel / Internet Options / Advanced section then check the top box rendered = software use instead of gpu rendering / apply then OK.

  The usename you use AD administrator (IE CN = admin) must have the required attributes with non-empty values - firstName, lastName, email.

  When HW connect to AD with bindDN he added that makes the system user who applies the required properties.

  These properties are required for each user that needs to be added/synchronized to the workspace of horizon.

  To correct this error, you must go to AD and adds these admin user attributes.

• Why hide the Save bookmark to the folder so that the user must double-click to see?

  In the latest version of FireFox, I had to do a search just to find out how to save a bookmark to a folder. The default is to save a bookmark in the file unsorted. It is impossible to understand how to save an existing folder unless the user searches. It of something that I as a user do this all the time, shouldn't that be something intuitive? I don't like this change. The animation is cool, but does not remove the add a bookmark to a default folder.

  Note that this is not a double-click, but two distinct clicks, one for bookmarks page in the unsorted folder and another to open the dialog box change this bookmark. If the star is highlighted blue, then you can always click on the star to edit this bookmark.
