  From what you wrote above it looks like you are trying to create a simple editing application, even if you are a professional Subscriber. Single edition apps are iPad only. They don't support any iPhone. If your customer wants to take over the iPhone, the only option is to create a multi-question application and argue that, in the store, then publish questions to aid Folio Producer.

  First of all, whenever you have more than three similar lines, you should probably refactor something.  Especially when you have 10,000 lines. This should have sounded the alarm, but I guess you are new to this.

  We have Adobe Captivate installed 8.0.0.145 Windows 7 x 64 v.

  Activate Adobe crashes with the following error: a fatal error has occurred and the execution of the application took end. Adobe Captivate one attempts to save all of your work in the respective folders of the project as cpbackup files.

  I uninstalled Adobe Acptivate, rebooted the PC and reinstalled activate Adobe - unresolved error.

  I have cleared the cache under settings, clear the cache - unresolved error.

  Rather than run the program from its current location, make sure that first save you it to your hard drive and then run Setup from there.

PST file is probably still attached to Outlook and Outlook can't find it.  With Outlook open, see the supplement files pane. PST file, right-click, and then click "close".  You may need to have the hard drive external and exported.
