The yellow text marker

Yellow text marking feature no longer works. Those who know how I could fix it?

Hi all

Is anyone of you can use the tool cleaner Acrobat ( Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat tool - Adobe Labs ) to remove completely the Acrobat then reinstall, update and check if you still have the problem.

Kind regards

  • Is it possible to remove the yellow text in the whole of the document?

    I have the same problem as the one that is mentioned here:http://forums.adobe.com/message/1155089 in my case the yellow background is already in the pdf file that was created with a printer virtual pdf and then manipulated with another pdf editor.  Accidentally, I noticed that it is possible to remove the background yellow in Acrobat Pro, as if I want to change an object. Get rid of it, on each page by hand would be a daunting task. Is it possible to do somehow with the entire document? Any help would be appreciated.

    see you soon

    BTW: The yellowish background does not appear in the other pdf viewers.

    Looking at the file, it appears that the colored boxes are actually part of the record. You can see if you open the content pane. You will find may be easier to delete in the content pane. They seem to be incorporated into the file when the text is applied. Your PDF creation software has the ability to disable this option?

    Another possibility (suggested to Dave Merchant) is to do the following to remove it from all pages automatically:

    • Convert colors to push the entire document in a single area, such as Swop2
    • All of your yellow boxes are now something about 3.4% yellow (find out with the inspection of a yellow box)
    • Create a new Preflight Check to detect objects with exactly this percentage of yellow plate
    • Create a new correction to move the objects identified by this audit in a new layer, then run
    • Turn the layer off, now you can print the file
  • How to fix the yellow exclaimation mark problem on c-media ac97 audio device?

    I installed a new copy of windows XP on my PC. But after the installation of windows, I had the problem of no sound at all. I checked the Device Manager to see what the problem is and found that there is a panel yellow exclaimation on c-media ac97 brand, located in sound devices. I tried updating the driver but it says always "impossible to set up the update of the material". This way driver do not settle, and the problem remains the same. I do not have the Cd for my sound card, and I was trying to find the driver for the sound card on the internet. But I could not understand that these are the reasons why the problem is fixed. Please I would like to have the solution to my problem, if anyone can provide. Thank you in advance.

    You must visit the web page of the manufacturer of the motherboard sound card and download the driver for your device and install it.

    No operating system comes with all the possible drivers for everything possible.  Any material support comes form the manufacturer of the hardware itself.

  • Satellite A200 - Win 8.1: Mass storage controller yellow question mark

    Hello

    After the installation of win 8.1 in old Toshiba A200 - everything is ok except the yellow question mark in "Mass storage controller" in Device Manager. So the sd card reader is useless.

    Have an idea that is the driver for Win 8.1?

    Hello

    Please don't get me wrong, but I hope you know how old is A200. Even more recent machines are not supported for Win8.
    So, I can understand that you want to use newer OS on this old piece of hardware and if most of the stuff works pretty well, you should be satisfied.
    In this case when you use 8 years machine designed for Vista and certainly not taken in charge for Win8/Win8.1... who cares about SD card reader. You know what I mean? ;)

    Just disable the device in Device Manager and be happy.

    In my quest to have sound on my computer, I noticed that everything on my "Other devices" tab in "Device Manager" has the yellow question mark next to them. I have a "Biometric coprocessor" "Network controller" "Controller of Bus SM" and a "Unknown device" tab listed here. Should I be concerned by these? And, if so, is this another driver issue, as if the sound was? Thank you for your time and this is my specifics.

    This table can help you.

    You can also try to identify the device in Device Manager on the "details" - tab of each device in the "Device instance ID".

    If there is an ID as "PCI\VEN_yyyy & DEV_xxxx... "entry"xxxx"in the right field imput on www.pcidatabase.com

    In the result list to compare the "yyyy" (above) with the VEN ID and then you have found the name of the device.

    Other/similar "device instance ID" starting with 'USB '.... ' or 'ACPI' you will find in the table I linked above.

    How can I solve this dilemma?

    Hello, Roger Scott,.

    -Does only with WordPerfect or with other applications as well?

    If this only happens with WordPerfect so I suggest you to check with WordPerfect support for more information.

  • The section of text marker

    I'm trying to get an overview of all the paragraphs of a document so I can extract their geometric limits.

    This is the function that I use to get the geometric limits:

    function getGB (p) {}

    var x = p.createOutlines (false);

    var GB = [];

    for (s = 0; s < x.length; s + +) {}

    GB [GB. Length] = x [s] .geometricBounds;

    x [s]. Remove();

    }

    return of GB;

    }

    I am running questions when it comes to a section marker. To the sub section marker reads 'Objective 1'. If I look at the content of the paragraph, activeDocument.textFrames [x] .paragraphs [y] .silence, I get a space character. It seems obvious to me that "" is not equal to "objective 1".  So, it seems that the paragraph does not point to the special character itself or the content it contains.

    If I try to create a schema of this paragraph the script generates an error. How can I access the 'Objective 1' text that is in the special character? If I right click "objective 1" the GUI gives me an option to "convert numbering to text', of course, is not a method of a standard paragraph.". So what type of object contains the method "Convert numbering to text"?

    Capture.PNG

    I hope this question makes sense. Please allow me to clarify if necessary.

    I appreciate the obscure nature of this issue and very much appreciate the help.

    In fact, it is a standard of the paragraph object method: http://www.indesignjs.de/extendscriptAPI/indesign11/#Paragraph.html#d1e448398__d1e455279

    but, afik has nothing to do with chapter markers, but with automated lists. Is what you call 'article marker' actually a list?

  • Including the text marked in a Table of contents

    I would like to include only a few words of a paragraph in the Table of contents.

    For example, in the paragraph of the example, I would that the term blablabla appear in the table of contents "blah - blah blah blah blah."

    Is there a way I can tag 'Blabla' and I then the Table of contents dialog box include the referenced text?

    I use CS 5.5.

    Thank you.

    Fix. You must build the manual table of contents in this way, the first time (and make additions/subtractions manually), but once links are do they must be updated. You can do a regular TOC for reference at the end and put it on the editing table to verify.

    A word of warning, although I wouldn't do this with a book file to make a link to different documents. Inter-document cross-references have the reputation of being very fragile.

  • Text marker (lack of a better word) keeps popping up in Firefox

    Since yesterday when I click on any text or hover over certain links of this text marker appears boring thingy. You know this line symbolizes where your next letter will pop up when writing texts like this (example: how it's supposed to be ), but it is useful when writing text, but that's all just boring all trying to read the text and this line is somewhere on your screen, "flashing" on and outside.

    Examples of the way in which it makes its appearance: example 1
    Example 2
    Example 3

    Someone has an idea what is the cause, or how I can fix this problem? I tried to reinstall Firefox, of course by restarting my computer.

    Press F7 and see who is fixed.

  • How can I eliminate the websites stored in the window bar 'about: home' with the yellow star at the end of the right hand. I don't want this meemory store.

    I use Windows XP. I get a list of web sites visited previously when I enter data in the navigation toolbar (topic: home... with the yellow star at the end of the right hand of it). I don't want to get this list of web sites due to privacy issues. I can't understand how to remove.
    I get a page of search of AVG, after that I entered the stuff in Google that I don't particularly want to.

    Entries in the bar location drop-down list with a yellow star (blue on Mac) at the right end of the bookmarks and Scripture cannot be cleared from the location bar menu drop down with the delete key.

    You can delete this an item marked with a bookmark that appear in the list, if you open this url in a tab and click on the yellow star in the address bar.

    This will open the "Edit this bookmark" dialog box and you can click on the delete button to delete the bookmark if you want to delete such an entry marked with a bookmark.

    Hi all

    I have a Satellite Pro A120-145 running Win Xp Pro fully patched and updated, I have a yellow typical marks against "serial" in non-plug-and-play in Device Manager (when I click on view devices).

    Could someone tell me what driver is needed for this? I don't want to use the recovery disc I made a custom Setup to get rid of the excess baggage which is included on the disc.
