  instantclient-odbc-nt - 11.2.0.4.0 is the 32-bit driver, it will be available in c:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe

  Note: Names are back to 32-bit odbc, you look to SysWOW64 and for 64 bit find you in System32. It's such as designed by Microsoft.

  I'm guessing this has to do with the fact that I have two of the same device.  Windows 7 seems to have problem addressing both.

  I made a change: one of them was plug in a USB 2.0 port and the other into the USB 3.0 port.  The chipset is different, so their addresses must be very different.  So far, this seems to solve the problem.

  The models used by your new theme in the apex (that you created when you copied) would always refer to your old way of css.
  Update so check patterns used in your new theme for the css files intended
