There is no chat option I need to cancel the subscription
There is no chat option only "Forum" for the contact method. I need either a DIRECT link with the cat or someone to cancel my subscription now. Or if it comes to it, a phone number.
It's incredibly boring past in a loop trying to cancel my subscription.
I don't know what you see, but I have a 'chat' option when I go to Contact the customer.

There's no option to transfer the license of an Adobe Id, to another.
You want to cancel current subscription and then buy a new one under the Adobe Id of the user.
