There isn't any!

I knew exactly where to put this question, because it seems above all system files and programs.

In fact, nothing seems to exist. This product just out of the blue and I don't know if it's a virus or a system error.
I'll click on a program, for example microsoft word and it will ask "what you want to open this file with?" and offer suggestions like adobe reader. This also happens with firefox, photoshop, everything. Unless I tell it to run as an administrator.

He has is spent after all of a sudden my windows security asked me to buy some kind of product with a value of about $50... I'm not going to do that. Windows Vista security? He came to my office and would not let me do anything, until I hid it. He went on and the download of the new thing. And when I refused, my computer screwed up.

I have AVG and I scanned but nothing was found to virus-wise. Windows security seems now also there is not, I'll click on it in the Panel and it said that the file is not there.
I tried to restore to an earlier date, but she won't let me. It is said that there may be an error with my C drive and when I ask then scan/fix my disk, nothing happens.

My system is suddenly paranoid, covered Windows security passes, you know the "windows needs your permission to open this"... even with things like photoshop! It makes no sense at all. I can are more made drag images/files in what either. Shortcuts to Web sites do not appear to "exist"...

Everything that concerns the security of windows seems 100% true, and I'm not falling for scams. Only, I don't know what happened or how to fix it without erasing my laptop, I really want to do.

Please help me.

Thank you
Danielle.

Hello

Those who have to use after you have removed the malware, I'm sorry I did that clear.

Try Mode safe mode with networking - repeatedly, press F8 that you start.

The two albums allow scanners to run or get remote AV.exe removal.

1.
CTRL SHIFT ESC - task manager OR right click on the taskbar - task manager

Process tab - complete the process on AV. EXE and continue with the uninstall Guide.

If necessary use start - computer or Windows Explorer to navigate to

C:\Program Malwarebytes Anti - Malware\mbam.exe or where it is installed - if
necessary right click on the shortcut of Malwarebytes - Properties - tab - target line to see where it
is installed.

Right-click on it and rename it to ZZMbam.exe (or something different than now), then
Double-click it and run it like this. You can rename it back later. Do the same with others
programs as needed. Use this method for other necessary - DO NOT ASSUMER one
program removes all or that there is no other malware.

---------------------------------------------------

2.
Another method is to use them:

Use Process Explorer to "Suspend" the process will not stop

Then use AutoRuns to delete the malicious program startup items.

Now use UnLocker to delete the files in the malware.

You may need to do a file at a time.
