  I have a Qosmio G20 and I noticed that the BIOS indicates HDD1 95 GB HDD2 is 100 GB (as it should). Is there anyone else who have experienced this problem or is my HDD1 damaged or is there a hidden partition?

  If there is a hidden partition - how to remove? (I really don't see the point with QosmioPlayer).

  AFAIK the Qosmio Player is pre-installed on the hidden partition.
  It is perhaps a reason for different size of HARD drive.

  The disk format HARD completely should remove the hidden partition and Qosmio player. But this procedure is not recommended.

• When I go to Amazon (music section), cd titles are there but not the image of cd cover. If I use explore photos are here. Why?

  When you use Firefox as your browser, if I go to amazon.com and search for a particular cd, the title and all the other info on the cd came but there is no cover image. This problem has just a few days ago everything was going well for in recent years - but now there is no picture on almost anything. If I use Explorer as browser and do the same research, photos are all there, as it should. What happens here?

  It is possible that you clicked on 'Block Images' from the context menu in an attempt to save an image.

  Check the image exceptions: Tools > Options > content: Load Images: Exceptions

  • A way to see what images are blocked is to click on the favicon (Site ID icon) on the left side of the address bar.

  I bought a HP Split X 2 13.3 "laptop in a show of computer a little more than 1 year.

  It comes with Windows 8 pre-loaded at that time here.

  Later, Microsoft offers a free upgrade for all 8 to 8.1 Win win and I did as well.

  Everything goes perfectly smooth, at least until recently, when I try to go control panel perform add functionality of Windows 8.1.

  When I looked at the bottom of my laptop Split X 2, it doesn't have the Windows product key sticker. There is only 1 sticker hologen Windows 8! Therefore, I use a key finder application to detect the product key.

  I enter the product key when I run add a feature to 8.1 win again, but the windows prompted me key is not valid.

  Why?

  Insalled Win8.1 is the authentic version. I can perform regular updates of Windows without problem.

  Appreciate if any expert can help solve my problem.

• Music pre-loaded...?

  So I just picked up a brand new clip of 4 GB. Great little player; works like a charm with my Mac.

  However. After charging, add music and then installing the latest firmware, I find that the Clip contains a handful of songs by artists who are not in my collection. I can only conclude that they were initially on the player.

  Since there is no mention of music pre-loaded in the literature, I guess that's a Clip used, or possibly a refurb. It was sealed in plastic and seemed to be a device up, but I wouldn't rather than my new player is technically used, so I intend to return.

  This happened to someone else?

  The Clip contains 5 songs free; in fact all readers mp3 I met came with a few sample preloaded songs.

  Is it possible to remove the pre-loaded applications (but not system applications) from the phone?  If so how can they be restored if necessary?  Is there a list of pre-loaded applications that can safely be deleted and then restored?

  For a list of the app without danger to remove check XDA however if they are not removed through the normal means, then they are considered system applications leaving two choices either root and uninstall them completely or use a program called Debloater to freeze making them invisible to the draw apps - for you restore can UN - gel or re - install from the store room or perform a system repair

  I'm unable to close or to share a project created in Adobe Comp CC on my iPad Pro.

  When I try to close the project I get an alert indicating that "the project close once all images finishes loading."

• Speed up the image / page load

  I did a remake of the site for my business.  I'm an amateur web person - not my part-time work full-time here.  My boss wanted a lot of images.  -Now that we have them, he said that the page takes too long to load.  For directions on how to get the images / page load faster?  The model I according to the site has a front loader of ajax, but apparently not actually preload all images.  The galleries still take some time to load when you see them.  The site is up to http://www.morgansmithllc.com.  Any suggestions on how to accelerate things that a fan of DW user can implement?  Thank you!

  It's one of the downfalls of a unique layout. In this type of layout, everything must be loaded because everything exists on the same page.

  So, I tried running your page through some analyzers and found there are a few very large files that are used.  The backgrounds are enormous and could probably be more compressed.  Right now, your first 6 images are 10 MB of 20 + MB size of the page which is too much.  Also, I see a lot of Parallax javascript drag.  Just because a Web site is a single page does not mean that it must be a site of parallax.  In fact, for this type of site, I would recommend removing the Parallax because there is no need for this.

  If you simplify the site in this way, which should help a good deal with loading and scrolling speed.

• Pre-load Palm TX - what will happen when I Hotsync for the first time?

  I bought a 'medical' Palm TX Ebay delivered pre-loaded with lots of software.  I want to save the unit since I have no way to recover it in case of hardware/software/human error.

  I downloaded & installed Hotsync 6.2 but I'm afraid to try the Hotsync because the documents of the seller warned do NOT hang on to my computer because it damage my programs.  Why would I NOT want to do?  What happens during the "1st" with a PC & Palm Hotsync.  The PC formats the Palm?  Can I control who and keep him to crush and run the Palm over the PC profile on 1st sync?  I know that I can come back it up after the PC & Palm are synchronized, I'm just afraid it will clear things if I do not pay attention.

  Bottom Line: I want to protect the investment, but information from the seller have me worried that I would lose it all by using the native Hotsync tool.  Should I be afraid?

  Be afraid... Be very afraid!   I hope that the bottom does not apply to your purchase, but we have heard this story before.

  There are a lot of scams on eBay with preload Palm devices.  Many of them use pirated software.  No respectable seller of Palm devices with any conscience at all wouldn't you to "not HotSync. This should send red flags floating and alarms goes off!  I have several medical programs on my TX, and they are not cheap by any means.

  It is possible that the programs will be 'home' to the author of the programs and will try to check the recording.  If the software is pirated, the registration process may come to an abrupt stop, and the program will not work!

  Did you get a Palm to purchase installation disc?  Do you have codes for registration for medical programs?  I bet that you do not have...

  You have a choice to make.  Keep the appliance and do not use it for all 'normal' functions that involve HotSync or return the unit as soon as POSSIBLE for a full refund.  Palm TX can be found on amazon.com and there are a lot of available medical software - the two freeware and for purchase.  Skyscape.com is one of the best suppliers autour and very probably has anything that your specialty needs.

  I am a new photographer and certainly again when it comes to photoshop.

  I wanted to create a "composite" image, where I take 3 pictures and merge them into one.

  The problem I have is the shadows that are cast the model cut in each image.

  The other problem is a slight inconsistency in the gray background - colours are not exactly the same.

  Exactly would guys you do if you were in my shoes and wanted to make these 3 images in 1?

  There are several ways to reach the final objective in most situations, but in the end, you will need to decide what your goal is.  Here, I think you need to do 2 things - create a new décor extend the 3 models and false then the shadow.

  What about a different approach to isolate the models, rather than use the quick selection tool, you could create paths or use the magic wand tool... and for the shadows, another approach would be to use the tool of engraving with defined range highlights.

  Although I think these methods would give you less control in editing.

• Images from loading in layers?

  On a single layer, I have a movieclip holding of the thumbnails and on another layer below this layer, I have a component of loading that are loaded in the images. When the images are loaded, they are loading on the top of the thumbnail movieclip. Why is this and is at - it a way to solve this problem?

  How do you load the custom component Loader really make a difference in the stack of the display list.

  If the Loader component is placed on a layer under the thumbnails, and then at some point you must call: addChild ([loaderInstanceName]) - which then it will bring up in the stack.  If the charger is in the IDE, so there is no reason to call addChild and you should remove it to solve the problem.

• Images not load - but work in preview mode

  I was wondering if someone can help me.  I'm kind new to Dreamweaver and I can't seem to figure this on my own.

  I use Dreamweaver 8.  I developed a web page based on a template in which, everything works perfectly in the "Preview" on all browsers.  But when I downloaded the files on my remote to the accommodation, the base model not load images (found in the 'images' folder) on the page. The pictures I added to the template myself, found in the 'images' folder ($ 200,000 in... and the photo down) load.  If some of the images in the images folder load some aren't.

  I checked the folder of Images at the remote site, and they all seem to be there.  I also checked for broken links, and I do not receive all (I don't know if it will help w / lack of images or not, but I will try everything I can think of).  I also checked to see if there is a CSS stylesheet and it was not provided with the template (there are some CSS info in the code on the html page).  Image sizes are all pretty small.  Can someone help me with this?

  Your Web server runs on an operating system that is case-sensitive. You seem to have downloaded a pictures folder, but not a folder of images.

  You do not have a file here:

  images / squeeze - video_425x344_r9_c6.jpg

  But you don't have a file here:

  Images / squeeze - video_425x344_r9_c6.jpg

  So you'll need either change all your image / links to point to the Images /, or download another folder called images.

  Or, if you want to use a single folder, and if your local file system is not case sensitive, you might be able to do in the DW file panel. Here is a method that you use all have them in a folder called images.

  1. SAVE YOUR FILES IN SITE
  2. Rename some Images of Foo (allow DW update links)
  3. Images and rename Foo (allow DW update links)
  4. Download the images and all the files that have changed the DW
  5. Delete the folder of Images online

• Delay before pre-loader

  Loading my sites are there is a delay before the pre-loader begins. At the moment the pre-loader appears it is usually 3/4 finished. I had a few comments such as "your site does not work. People don't see the charger immediately so they leave the site, assuming that it does not work. I looked in the forums to answer, but no luck. When I check the other sites before Chargers appear immediately.

  You use components in your program? If so, this could be the
  the source of your problem. By default, the components are exported in frame 1 and
  the delay that you experience may be due to the load of the components.
