Hi David,
Download SINO by Artellos & save it to your desktop.
http://www.artellos.com/cCount/click.php?ID=9 (download links: last download exe)
Right-click on SINO.exe and choose "Run as Administrator" to run it.
Then check the following boxes (check) only:
Services
Startup items
Once activated, press the analysis of execution! button and wait for the program to finish. It should not take long.
Search / search: "monitor alerts of ink."
Delete it.
If you could remove sino & it's log file too if you want - just right click and delete.
Hope this helps, let me know.
Kind regards
Joel

WIndows 10 appears the following start-up error message
There was a problem starting C:\Program Files\HP\HPOfficejetPro8600 A910\bin\HPStatusBL.dll
I no longer the 8600 and uninstalled all the software of 8600, it is no longer present in the devices and printers.
My new printer works fine, just do this nnoying message whenever I start.
I am confused why this would not appear in Task Manager startup programs if it opens at startup. Let's try another method of attack:
1. press on the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. in the field open, type %AppData% , and then press enter.
3. go to Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > programs > Startup.
4. look for anything that has to do with "ink monitor alert" and delete it.

I get a popup box whenever I start my PC saying - there is a problem starting C:\Program Files(x86) \Conduit\CT3227976\plugins\TBVerifier.dll that the specified module could not be found.
Then I click OK to remove it and to be able to continue.
Please, what should I do to fix this?
Thank you Mr. Ramesh Srinivasan.
But I solved the problem with my ccleaner, I was able to disable the file using my ccleaner and it was very easy.
Thanks again,

And follow these steps.
It's probably a Malware starting entry left which has been removed from your security programs.

You don't want in this file. Ads by Call Builder is malware that opens the ads on your computer. If you encounter this error, then it is likely that you have an antivirus/antimalware program which was removed from your computer, but left the startup item. More information on Call Builder, and how to remove can be found here.
To remove this item from your startup list, follow these steps:
System (Windows 7) Configuration utility
- In the start search box, type MSCONFIG and press ENTER.
- Click the Startup tab.
- Uncheck the items you want to run at startup.
- When you have finished your selections, click OK.
- In the box that appears, click on restart to restart your computer.

Here is the updated Windows 7 answer,
Google has little information about this file other than to suggest malicious software, so it's probably a left over Malware boot entry that was removed from your security programs.

I am running Win 7 Pro. On startup, I get a msg of error DLL RUN as follows: 'there was a problem starting C:\ProgramData\ctfmdctr64.dll. The specified module could not be found. »
The error msg box provides an OK button. After clicking this button, everything seems to work well.
FYI, I use AVG Virus Protection program. I did a system restore to a date before when I think that this problem started. No luck there.
I suspect some malicious programs hiding somewhere and part of it may have been removed by AVG, but not all. Anyone know what program calls for this file? How can I get rid of this problem? Any suggestions would be welcome.

Disabled under msconfig.exe startup items are moved to this location in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Tools\MSConfigTo permanently delete, you can delete the key relevant to this place. Method of the prudent man will like so:- Burn a CD of Windows repair. Everyone who makes his own PC must have a maintenance.
- Create a System Restore Point.
- Start the computer with the CD in repair and check if the above Restore Point is visible.
- Start normally.
- Remove the offending registry key.

Original title: run DLL error message
When I start my computer, this error message box appears: run a DLL there was a problem starting C:\users\Maureen\AppData\Local\Temp\ the specified module could not be found. I tried to run malware byte scan Antivirus scans, security analysis of microsoft, microsoft's malicious software removal tool, scan, prevx, and nothing was found. I'm not very well informed about computers, but this error box is annoying and I would like to quit smoking. Thanks for your help.
Hello MaureenCYB,
Thank you for the question!
I'm sorry to know that have problems you with the startup message. As I understand it, you get an error message "Run DLL there was a problem starting C:\users\Maureen\AppData\Local\Temp\ the specified module could not be found" when starting.
I need to ask you a question to help you best.
Were there any changes (hardware or software) to the computer before the show?
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
Note: follow step 3 to reset the computer to start as usual after the boot process.
Answer to us if you are having problems with error starting or any other issue of Windows, and I'd be happy to help you again and try to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Good day!
Hope this information helps.

Original title: specified Module could not be found - error message
I removed the Kodak Gallery program, but since then, at startup, I get an error message:
There was a problem starting C:\PROGRA~3\Kodak\EasyShareSetUp\$REGIS~1\Registration_8.3.30.1.sxt
The specified module could not be found.
This only happens if my laptop is plugged - if I use it on battery, there no error message. Please can someone help?
Try this program. It's good enough to get rid of leftover pieces of programs.

If this does not help, you can always watch this program for exactly what is running at startup and disable the offending application.
