HP Officejet Pro 6830: there was a problem starting C:\Program Files\HP\Officejets AM\bin\States.dll
WIndows 10 appears the following start-up error message
There was a problem starting C:\Program Files\HP\HPOfficejetPro8600 A910\bin\HPStatusBL.dll
I no longer the 8600 and uninstalled all the software of 8600, it is no longer present in the devices and printers.
My new printer works fine, just do this nnoying message whenever I start.
I am confused why this would not appear in Task Manager startup programs if it opens at startup. Let's try another method of attack:
1. press on the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
2. in the field open, type %AppData% , and then press enter.
3. go to Microsoft > Windows > Start Menu > programs > Startup.
4. look for anything that has to do with "ink monitor alert" and delete it.

And follow these steps.
It's probably a Malware starting entry left which has been removed from your security programs.

I get a popup box whenever I start my PC saying - there is a problem starting C:\Program Files(x86) \Conduit\CT3227976\plugins\TBVerifier.dll that the specified module could not be found.
Then I click OK to remove it and to be able to continue.
Please, what should I do to fix this?
Thank you Mr. Ramesh Srinivasan.
But I solved the problem with my ccleaner, I was able to disable the file using my ccleaner and it was very easy.
Thanks again,

You don't want in this file. Ads by Call Builder is malware that opens the ads on your computer. If you encounter this error, then it is likely that you have an antivirus/antimalware program which was removed from your computer, but left the startup item. More information on Call Builder, and how to remove can be found here.
To remove this item from your startup list, follow these steps:
System (Windows 7) Configuration utility
- In the start search box, type MSCONFIG and press ENTER.
- Click the Startup tab.
- Uncheck the items you want to run at startup.
- When you have finished your selections, click OK.
- In the box that appears, click on restart to restart your computer.

Here is the updated Windows 7 answer,
Google has little information about this file other than to suggest malicious software, so it's probably a left over Malware boot entry that was removed from your security programs.

Original title: a pop-up window.
I have three questions.
First, is there a way to do a refresh or low level format in Windows 7, as it is in Windows 8?
Secondly, I am running Windows 7 Ultimate, Intel Core i7 860, Biostar a 85 W CPU, 32 GB, 240 GB SSD, 1 terabyte storage SATA disk drive, and and anAMD A10 5800 K - 8 p-2 with a backup card video AMD Radeon HD 6670. Question is that when I run Speccy, Bell, or CPU - Z arc, it shows only 2 hearts working. Is there a way to turn the hearts of all who I missed, or they do not open as software requires?
Thirdly, recently I started to get this message. I see him two times:
There was a problem starting C:\progra~\common~\system\Sysmenu.dll. Specific module Couldnot find.
I've used windows repair just before installation, my repair disc I created when I put to the top of the machine, ran Reimage, producer of energy, ran Malwarebytes pro and Avast Pro to find the malware or virus, System Restore used to back at a time well before the problem presented itself, cleaned everything off start Ms config looking for abnormal and any processes that I could think of. But the problem remains. I think I watched it so long my brain wanted to mush. Help! Mike Stone

See JW Stuart's response to you.
Also note that a format of low-lever has noting to do with any version of
Windows. It's a hardware problem, not a a Windows. And it must never
be done on any modern hard drive; It would destroy the disc. -
I am running Win 7 Pro. On startup, I get a msg of error DLL RUN as follows: 'there was a problem starting C:\ProgramData\ctfmdctr64.dll. The specified module could not be found. »
The error msg box provides an OK button. After clicking this button, everything seems to work well.
FYI, I use AVG Virus Protection program. I did a system restore to a date before when I think that this problem started. No luck there.
I suspect some malicious programs hiding somewhere and part of it may have been removed by AVG, but not all. Anyone know what program calls for this file? How can I get rid of this problem? Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thank you. f* address email is removed from the privacy *
Disabled under msconfig.exe startup items are moved to this location in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Tools\MSConfigTo permanently delete, you can delete the key relevant to this place. Method of the prudent man will like so:- Burn a CD of Windows repair. Everyone who makes his own PC must have a maintenance.
- Create a System Restore Point.
- Start the computer with the CD in repair and check if the above Restore Point is visible.
- Start normally.
- Remove the offending registry key.
