These files download can be deleted?

I have Windows XP in my downloads folder, I have 2 unknown files, reads:

X 12-30196 Microsoft Corp.

the other:

X 13-11296 self-extracting Cabinet Microsoft Corp.

they are large files, and I want to remove them, but don't know if they are part of my system, can I delete them without harming my operating system?

Files in your downloads folder should not be necessary for Windows run.

I would like just to copy them to a CD or DVD, then delete them.

    These are usually leftovers from Windows Update and can be deleted safely after you restart your computer to make sure that they are not in use and/or staged for an update that will continue after a reboot.

  • In my pen drive file autorun is not delete, if I format my USB again came this file, how can I delete autorun from my pen drive.ple tell me the solution.

    I have transcend 16Gb USB key.

    Hello

    Windows 7 can't stand the autorun.inf in USB drives to prevent malware being loaded from USB keys.

    Sometimes viruses disguise themselves as autorun, I suggest you scan the USB using Microsoft Safety scanner or software installed on your computer to check if no matter what it is.

    Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

    Hello

    These digital alpha folders are created as part of the restoration of the system. These folders are created when the system restore points are created. If you want to remove these files, you can run a disk clean up and select the system restore and shadow copies.
    Note: All the previous System Restore points out the most recent system restore point will be deleted.

  • access to / Apex unix Server pdf files download

    Hello
    I am struck with another big challenge here. There's a system that creates tons of PDF files on the oracle UNIX server, then these files are loaded into oracle as a data blob table. Now the Apex ive page which provides links to these pdf reports and allow users to download and save locally in their systems.
    Now, my biggest problem is that when the files are created in the directory of the UNIX server that is mapped to the oracle directory object when you open these files/download of Apex they are corrupt and cannot be read. Is there a way pdf files can be directly loaded into oracle as BLOB table without using the oracle directory object... any suggestion/solution to this problem please?
    Oracle 11g & Apex 4.1.1x

    This approach is going to be good in this scenario but look at this simple code under iam having error (no data found) with get_pdf(), but I know a file is created and can be stored in the directory, what could be the problem here in this small code?

    create/replace the Create_pdf procedure
    as
    pdf_files blob.
    Start
    pdf_writer.init;
    pdf_writer. Write ("test report '");
    pdf_writer.save_pdf;
    pdf_files: = pdf_writer.get_pdf;<=====no data="">
    Insert a blob into table
    end;

    When you use get_pdf, you must also call to save_pdf. Simply remove this line and it should work:

    procedure create_pdf
    as
      pdf_files blob;
    begin
       pdf_writer.init;
       pdf_writer.write('test Report');
       pdf_files := pdf_writer.get_pdf;
       //insert blob into table
    end;

  • How can I access my computer in order to remove downloaded files that has not deleted using the control panel and the usual functions to delete?

    I recently received from remote assistance installed a new anti-virus program. During using the remote technician, I he observed several open windows because it deleted the files that were left by previous anti-virus programs on my computer.  These files prevent the download of the new program.  As I watched him navigate through my programs and files, I noticed that there are a lot of game files that have been deleted by using the functions of the control panel and uninstalling still in my computer.  The technician of 3-4 programs installed on my computer while he removed residual files of the antivirus and promptly removed from these programs when it was correctly installed my new anti-virus program.  I would really like to know how to access files or records what he did and then delete the game files that I thought were removed.  I downloaded at least 100 trial offers for sets of objects hidden over the years and you don't want no trace with my memory of the computer.  No help available out there?

  • can I delete old files from the version of the download folder?

    Original title: Deleting files from the download folder"

    I have improved my bit in Windows Vista, there are a large number of files downloaded into my download folder, can I delete the old version files?

    Hello

    Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community.

    If I understand correctly you want to delete the content in the folder downloads.

    Things that you download are actually Setup. Beams compressed files that are checked in the folder programs.

    If after installing the program these installation files have no real use because all the content has been extracted and copied.

    So you can delete them. But I suggest you keep a backup, because in case you want to reinstall them they will be very practical.

    Hope this information helps. Response to help you further. We are happy to help you.
