  When I copy or scan anything with the parameter "color", all the page prints with a light yellow background.  When I order a print from computer the printer prints in color or b & w normal.  I have tried to make updates, using print & scan doctor, allows you to restore the default and unplugged, but nothing moves it.  I got it over a year and it has never done this before. I also tried to RESET printer by unplugging the power cord from the printer plug and the wall.  It's always a feeling with yellow background.  Any other suggestions? If the scanner lamp, can it be replaced? Thank you!

  The bulb scanner for the HP Envy 4500 is not a replaceable part. You may need to replace the unit if the scanning is something that is important to you. I would contact HP Technical Support to see if there are options to guarantee or the available upgrade.

  HP Laserjet 1022n printer. Printing via LAN.

  Observed on two home computers da: Windows 7 32 bit. Windows Vista 32 bit. Windows fully updated by 2013 01/16.

  I let my updated driver via the optional push in Windows Update recently. (2nd week of January 2013)

  Now my printer print an unlimited number of copies, even if only one copy is selected. Exact same behavior on both aforementioned computers. When you look in the print queue in order to stop the waste of paper by cancelling the work, writing project flashes as if the continuous work return it yourself or something.

  Help, please!

  I can't always find the previous version of driver anywhere as it worked flawless.

  Hi, I use Hp computers and printer for about 15 years and I usually know my way around them and settings.
  I regularly use my printer and switch between the normal and the best project on orinting options a lot.

  This weekend as my laptop updated his self, he was already on win 10, but there was an update a few days ago massive 2gig. many things are moved around a few missing drivers but generally its ok so far. I went to print this morning and found the Preferences menu has changed and is no longer an option for project or better as I have to click 2 menus now isntead of to actually print something. I HAV added one transform in image of the new menu coming afte after the standard menu M$ word I get when you click CTRL + P.

  Once you have downloaded and installed the full features software, you should be able to print and scan.

  The print properties should have the printmode draft, normal and best.

  It was a known issue with the Windows 7 upgrade. Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 error after upgrading to Windows 7

  I work at the public library, and we have a Laserjet 600 m602 to our public access computers to use. It is a network printer. We have problem with printer what impression of the office 2010 products, if more than one copy is requested printer will go crazy and print several copies much more than requested. The printer screen will say 1 X print the number of copies. Only way to stop it is to remove as many jobs he sees. It acts as if it were several jobs. We do not see this problem when printing from the Internet. Driver HP laserjet 600 M601, M602 M603 PCL6 HPCM600c. processor is set to WinPrint - Raw. Bidirectional support is disabled.

  I had already installed the pilot PCL6 universal and implemented to date to 600 M601, M602 M603 PCL6 thought that could be the problem but it has not fixed the problem.

  Solved.

  After a lot of research on reading and tests finally discovered the problem with drivers print and collate. Default settings for Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Reader are to gather if one that one copy is activated. For some reason any that caused printer to go crazy.  I tried the Standard driver and universal for the printer, but always had the problem of printing too many copies. I used the PostScript driver and it solved the problem.  Now just get the number of copies required. Thank you for your help.
