• Inspiron i5559 - three Questions

  I bought a Dell i5559-3347SLV. It's a laptop 15.6 "Inspiron, illustrated here: officedepot.com/.../Dell-Inspiron-15-Laptop-156- screen / I've had it for a week, and I almost like him for what it for what I use it for. I looked at the manual time and the maintenance manual, but I have still three questions:

  (1) when I close the lid, I noticed that it does not completely close flower on the left side and partial left front.   (2) the machine will start with the number lock off the coast. I didn't go into the BIOS to see if I can change the value by default, yet. However, when I press the NumLock key to activate the numeric keypad, I see no Fn key light up to indicate that it is. The only thing that indicates that it is is in the area of hidden icons, for which you must click to enlarge, and then if the NUMLOCK is turned on, it contains a square box with the number "9". Who wants to have to go through that to see if NUMLOCK is turned on?

  (3) should the power button, which is round with a translucent vertical stripe, dividing it into two, light when when it is powered on, or turn in dormant or mode orange screen saver?

  If #1 is annoying, have the system replaced - in particular if the hinge shows a sign of liaison.

  #2 and #3, there is no LED to indicate the State of num lock, nor is it a light power button - the only LED on these is on the front edge of the system (indicates the State of charge).  It has no HDD LED on them, either.

  I exchanged for another laptop (same model) yesterday.  It closes perfectly FLUSH.  I can say about this news that the hinge (s) was too tight on the first.  On this new one, when I close the lid, it is steep until the last inch or more, and then he shut the rest of the way by himself.  With the first, I had to push it shut all the way and then some.

  It's my laptop 13 years (9 Dells), and they all closed RAS.  I wonder why I even asked for it.

  NumLock on this second laptop seems to work (remains enabled throughout of MESSAGES).

  I'm going through an eval of view and three questions came so he was working on an external access via the Security server in our DMZ.

If I change the Protocol Microsoft RDP, the work of connection from the outside, but I get a permissions error when it starts to connect to the desktop computer saying that I must be in the remote desktop users group.  I am able to connect to the same mass of Clone bound since an internal machine using the same credentials if.  Is there something different about how the bureau is launching externally vs. in-house?

  2 how get a black screen when you connect, is almost always a firewall problem. Apart from rules, check that you have correctly configured the public url. in the administration page under view-> server configuration.

  1. I noticed that CP3 only creates SWF files.  Why not offer the possibility to create an FLV file in the final product?  What is the difference between a SWF file and a FLV?

I want my finished product for a single slide with a picture in the background and some areas of reversal.  It seems that no matter what I do, the blade is not fixed, but faints and disappears after the default time of 3.3 seconds.  How can I achieve making the slide remains in place, not disappear, and behave as I want?

  3. I want to do a slide that has a video autoplay Flash on it (this part I know how to do), but I want the slide to move to another slide specified when the video ends, without user action.  How can I do?

  CP3 does not FLV because it was not part of the specification for CP3. I don't know why it is like that. Maybe the Captivate development team knows for sure. In any case, Captivate 5 was recently released. If the point is little questionable, right?

  Regarding the second part of this question, SWF can have interactivity such as bearings or clickable areas or buttons that perform different actions. FLV is usually just a video, just like a DVD movie that you watch passively, and you do not participate.

  2.   You can get there. Just insert a click box and time it so it suspends the slide at the right time.

  So now you change course on us? You said to question 2 you want the finished product is a single slide! This is perhaps another project, you're talking about.

  If you examine the properties of the slide, you will discover a labeled area of Navigation. Using this box, you can choose to navigate to another slide when it finishes playing.

• three questions... one parts, compatibility and a procedure

  I think I accidentally posted this in the wrong forum, so will try again here.

  FIRST QUESTION - I have a HP 8408us laptop.  And, although I did not notice before (blush), this laptop has two internal hard drive bays.  Currently, only the original hard drive is plugged into one of the bays (a 80gig SATA) so that the other remains empty drive Bay.  That is the problem.

  The original 80gig SATA drive is held in place by a metal caddy/stand.  But the 2nd Bay is just 'empty' - with no trolley/carrier in place.  And a local geek shop told me that I had to get this carrier caddy if I wanted to install a 2nd SATA drive (which I do).  Could someone please point me to the HP store web page when I can buy this caddy/carrier?  Or, if this caddy/carrier is "generic" for all drives 2.5 "laptop, where a good place to buy one?  My local geek shop does not have on-site.

  SECOND QUESTION - Is my future plan.  I intend to remove the 80gig drive and install a 500gig Western Digital SATA hard drive in the first Bay.  Subsequently, I intend to install a new copy of Windows XP Pro.  The original hard drive currently has Windows XP MCE, which, as I understand it, is simply extra (improved version) Windows XP Pro.  But since I've never used (and never intend to use) MCE bells and whistles, XP Pro will be enough for me.  Is there some incompatabilities I meet by going slightly 'backward' in Windows XP Pro?

  THIRD QUESTION - after I have Windows XP Pro installed on 500gig drive, I intend to replace the 80gig drive in the 2nd drive bay and "format" NTFS only for storage purposes.  But to get Windows XP Pro installed correctly, I'm left with a question.  I know where the HP page is on my 8408us to acquire the proper drivers.  But I don't see any indication on this page that there is a preferred facility 'order '.  In other words, are there instructions that say:

  (1) install this driver first.

  (2) install this driver a second.

  (3) - anything... etc, etc, etc.

  Is there such a page "driver installation order"... or do most people just ' wing it?

  1. There are tags to EA that are not explained in the documentation: ERP_Owner, ERP_Owning_Org, Is_ERP_Engineering_Item, Packaging_Height, Packaging_Length, Packaging_Volume, Packaging_Width and Secondary_UOM.  What are these tags.  Where are they documemented?

  2. we need to create an attribute that is a number where the unit of measure is grams or mL as the raw material is a liquid or a solid.  I can't understand how to add volumn as a mass unit of MEASURE for the selections of the environmental assessment.  How is that done?  I can't be the first customer of PLM4P who needs this kind of measure.

  3. we have created a few Global UOMs which are volumn, mass, length, etc. - related.  Include the kilo, per milliliter, ect.  How can we change the classification group of others to where they belong logically with the mass and volume-related?  Still, I can't be the first customer of PLM4P who needs this kind of grouping with UOMs which are not in the base application.

  These are needed for our AIA PIP, they do nothing within the PLM4P of basic app.  Me to consider whether they should be added to the basic version and how they should be documented.

  We do not allow you to cross the UOM categories because we need to know how to convert the values during the search and rolling the attributes on the formulation.  For example, if you assign to an EE 5 kg on a spec and 5 000 g Spec another when you are looking for all the specifications that contain this EA equivalent to 5 kg both specifications will return.   If you do not need this behavior for a particular EE you can cut the tie the UDM digital creating a digital EA and a qualitative EA that contains the favorite UOMs as choice then appear me in a section.

  You can update the database directly and add the UOMs.  Support must be able to provide a script if let you them know that you want to add.    Make sure any UOMs you add can be converted to the base UNIT in this category.   For example, base UOM class mass is kg, so all UOMs mass contain a conversion factor to tell the system how to return to the base kg.  That's how we do the conversion that I discussed above as well as others throughout the PLM4P (for a total of theoretical formulation, the search for conversions weight roll up, tare weight roll up etc.).   We hope give you a UI update these lists in ADMIN in a later version.  Just make sure that your conversion factor is true in all scenarios, and you should be good.

• Three questions.  The heart rate monitor now plays nice with the third-party applications?  Can you run these third-party applications, without the link to your phone?  How much storage?

  My experience with the original watch is that the heartbeat was working fine with apps in the House but does not work well with third-party applications.  Aboriginal health applications were sub par at best.  In addition, he wouldn't these third party apps (Strava), unless you were related to your phone.  A new doesn't do me much good if it is always the case.  Finally, it's great that you can bind your helmet now but what storage is the watch have?  I am not unrealistic, its understandable if its not much, but I hope that it is enough that a few apps and music enough to pass through a 4 hour tour.

  2. you can run applications 3rd party without the phone with you, but for your type of application, you'll want a series 2 with GPS watch. The likes of Runkeeper OK working in the older shows, but without GPS, they do not really work you need. New - 3rd third party apps will need updates to work with the GPS watch. OS3 software has been available to developers for a while now, so I expect software updates only very quickly. I don't know if or when 3rd parties had access to the equipment and GPS devices, s, then it may be some while before they have series 2 updates.

  3. you can store 2 GB of music. How much music that is depends of course format and quality, but certainly several hours.

  (1) you will need to check the documentation for the stereo system in your car for devices supported, to ensure compatibility with the USB port on the car stereo system.  If the car has a "taken auxiliary input" (a mini jack stereo - looks like the headphone jack), you can connect the shuffle (or any device) it and 'play' the shuffle.

  (2) music from Amazon is in regular MP3 format.  MP3 work with iTunes; You can add MP3 files to iTunes from any source.  Once in iTunes, you can synchronize files MP3 song for the shuffle, in the same way as a song on iTunes Store AAC files.  There is no difference.  NOTE: Amazon has a Mac app to add songs purchased directly in the iTunes library.

  (3) may, if it provides sufficient power, and it has a standard USB port on this subject.  We recommend that you use USB port on the computer or an Apple power adapter.

  Hi all. I'm new and I need HELP
  My operating system has crashed and I had to reinstall my vista 32 bit. I have a Toshiba Satellite L350-17R part nr. PSLD8E-01W005IT with vista Home premium 32 bit service Pack 2.

  I got most of the drivers except VIA CPU to AGP Controller and SIS processor to AGP controller. Something is wrong and I can't use my touchpad mouse (even though it says the driver is up-to-date Synaptics Touchpad V6.3 on Port PS/2 driver date 08/14/2008 version 11.2.4.0). I put t know if these 3 problems are linked, I m not good with the PC.

  I ve tried to update the drivers and I did the Hardware Wizard procedure, I tried with windows update and fixit and software that set the drivers; I've tried removing the battery and power, replace the battery and boot, F2 and F9 reset default and F10 to save. Nothing. Made up of mouse (touchpad and right and left click on) doesn't work t more. Material is fine, it worked perfectly before the failure of the system.
  Can someone help me to correct these 3 things: 1. VIA CPU to AGP Controller, 2 SIS AGP Controller processor and 3. Touchpad?

  You have the original installation disc (recovery disk)?
  If so I highly recommend you to install this feature image and original with factory settings recovery test.
  The fact is that recovery image contains all the necessary drivers, all hardware components will be properly installed and configured.

  If there is a problem with the hardware after that recovery image installation some hardware, it must be related issue.

  Question1. No idea how long it will take to make Exchange a partitiong using redefining online? Just a rough estimate would be.

  Question2. In the existing table, we have data for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015. When you create the partitioned table mentioned above, is there a way that we could divide the base for the years 2015 and 2013,2014 partition?

  Question3. After redefining online, I have to manually create the constraints and indexes. Right?

  Better to do what? Consider CHOOSING. You expect to have 15 partitions. Search by index of a local index no prefixes will be so fifteen index partitions, which will have about 15 times so that the search for an overall index of research. Indeed, you may find that the optimizer favors the scans. Are you sure that you want to partition at all? Partitioning can make sense if you have hundreds or thousands of scores, but just fifteen years? Why bother?
