• InDesign CC cursor turns right after the opening of IDML files?

  
  We have Adobe CC (not the 2014 yet).  I have a client who cannot open InDesign files that have been saved as IDML.  Although they open, but the cursor just spins never go to the arrow to work within the file.   However the same file can be opened on other computers and users with InDesign CC very well.  She can even take a since his office existing InDesign file and open and save it as a file IDML, and then if she tries opening it will have the same problem.  File opens but the cursor runs forever.

  Looking in to the process task manager, it says that indesign is still running.  (do not answer messages, etc...)

  Photoshop 7.0 is kind of old to use on Windows 7, but I'm not saying it's impossible.

  The message you saw is not generated directly from Photoshop as I know.

  • You have installed plug-ins lately?  Or perhaps applications like iTunes or QuickTime that could change things in your path?
  • The free space on any of your drives crosses a border terabyte?  Photoshop 7 has some problems with large capacity disks.

  Another thing you can try, if you have not a direct failure reason, must clear the default Photoshop preferences by pressing Ctrl - Shift - Alt immediately after cold start Photoshop.  If you get the keys down quickly enough, it will set up a prompt asking you to confirm the deletion of your current preferences.  Note you will have to re-do the changes in preferences, you did after doing this.

  If all other fails, current version of Photoshop Elements, which is inexpensive and fully compatible with Windows 7, did better, and more features than Photoshop 7.0.

• Missing Sub VI during the opening of LabVIEW file

  When I open my main VI it is unable to find several Sub VI, but the missing Sub VI are supposed to be installed with NOR-DAQmx, that is installed. Among the missing Sub VI 'DAQmx Read', 'DAQmx Start Task', 'DAQmx stop mission' as well as a few others. I tried to open the VI using LabView 2013 and 2014 and have had the same problem with both.
