  I m no owner of this HARD but I have a theory.
  According to your information, I think that the red light only appears if data would be written to the HARD disk.
  The blue light appears during the reading of data from the HARD drive.

  I think that it s nothing wrong with the software, but the SD card is simply not compatible 100%.
  In recent times, the SD card sizes are rising rapidly.
  I think that the card reader and the software were not intended to manage this big SD card like this.

  Have you tried to connect and to prove your speed more than once? I mean we´re to talk about 4 difference Kbps (!) on a dial-up connection! So I suggest you to watch and prove your speed again and again, because there may be various reasons that a dial-up connection can be slow.

  Sorry, I don't think anyone can help you. The problem is real and reproducible. It is old fashioned RF interference. Follow these steps to convince you.
  * not simply play with download speeds. Look at the numbers for the WiFi connection. Open the page on your router or find the "status" under network adapters. They show the Mbit per second of your computer to the router.
  * Leave the cable in place and just use the display mode in Exchange for the Tablet for external screen, or both screens.

  You can see that the problem is very real and very measurable.
  If you look at the way the device is built, the antennas are at the top, near the HDMI.

  I wonder if there are better shielded hdmi cables. Unfortunately, it is impossible to know. All the cables I've seen say that they are of excellent quality.

  I am running 64 bit Windows 7 on a Dell laptop with an i7, 6 GB ram and VMWare Workstation 9 processor. Everything works well on the host and the VM, while the virtual machine is powered on but after the suspension of the virtual machine and station work out of the system host becomes very slow and applications become desensitized. This lasts for several minutes after the stoppage of work. In general, I have executed only a VM at a time, but even when I got a couple of them run both the host system and they are very sensitive. I started the task with great difficulty Manager when this occurs to see if I can see problems with the free time of processors and memory use, and everything seems fine.   This is because windows is the collection of memory the vmware used in the system and marking of these blocks of memory piece by piece as 'free '. If you shutted down of the virtual machine (not paused) then the memory can be returned to the system immediately. I guess if it was caused by the Intel RST driver because I noticed about there is also no question AMD computer used by my colleague.

  You can wait until the stops of HDD-light, keeping the stats of light, constant in the meantime try avoid to activate any application of consumption-e/s disk / operations.

  Help! I use Thunderbird for my work email. He started running so slow it can take me 20 minutes just to send 1 email. He maintains the gel and guard download archived old emails of my files.
  The slow & freezing mainly happens when it starts to download old messages.
  I deleted all the old emails except all sent and received from 2014.
  Unfortunately, I didn't know that I had to be compacted messages & never did until I started having problems about 1 month ago. I now compact daily. I also installed Mozbackup and saved my info because I uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird. Unfortunately, this did not fix the issue.
  What can I do to fix this? !!
