  1. have you checked if allow this device to wake the computer turned on for the mouse?
  2. don't you update the latest drivers for the mouse on your computer?
  3 have you tried with another mouse?
  4. have you tried to connect the mouse with another computer and check?
   
  Method 1: Check if allow this device to wake the computer is turned on for the mouse.
   
  To do this follow up provided below as follows.
   
  a. Click Start.

  Hi, I'm a COMPUTER technician so I have to deal with a lot of Toshiba laptops. I currently have a problem with an M70 in the fact that when the machine starts in mode 'sleep', it will not resume.
