  CS5 is no longer available for purchase because it is an older version. The current version is the CS6.

  Please consider buying CS6 Premium or opt for Creative cloud subscription.

  If you still want CS5 then you can buy the current version (CS6) volume licenses and then opt for the licenses back for CS5

  I come here very frustrated and I hope someone can learn from this whether they are planning the upgrade.

  
  I have improved over the years of Photoshop 6 > CS2 Standard > CS3 Design Premium > CS5.5 Design Premium and I recently decided to buy the CS6 Design & Web Premium.

  When the time came to eneter the serial numbers on my new CS6 series CS5.5 was not accepted.

  Several phone calls later and it turns out that when I bought the CS5.5 upgrade, I was placed on a TLP license (all my other were retail) and this means I couldn't use my CS6 I bought.

  I made several requests to back swicth, but told me all I could do was to return the software for a full refund - stand on CS6.

  I could of course be upgraded via the TLP, but this has zero benefits and drawbacks of several so I hesitate.

  (1) this means that you can not buy retail more

  (2) it really reduces the resale price (very important because I am considering the cloud)

  (3) rules on the purchase of second hand or while working abroad.

  The main problem is that I never told me that my license was to be switched and even if it was mentioned and I somehow missed that the disadvantages were never explained - I feel missled.

  I was told several times since, that while you can transfer the TLP retail you cannot transfer back. But I heard no logical reason for this one-way-stance.

  Sorry to hear about your difficulties...  As far as I know, you can always fully transfer Adobe software licenses that have been purchased through TLP - and what it is, it was a digital purchase when you bought CS5.5.

  So since you were able to get a refund for the upgrade of the CS6, a possibility would be to sell your license CS5.5 and then register for the creative cloud, if that was your intention.  Or, you can keep it as a backup in case you stop your membership.

  Where and how to buy InDesign 5.5? I need not version 6, only 5.5.

  I should be clear that I have 5.5 as I'm Freelancer and my client use 5.5 so I need to make sure that files are compatible.

  Is it possible to buy it under a special license, in which case I pay CS6 and I like version 5.5?

• License question: TLP intermingling and detail design Standard 6 Licenses

  Hey everybody,

  I have a VDI environment where users running Creative Suite Design Standard 6 on a pool of non-persistent virtual desktops. CS6 is installed directly on the desktop image. I have 5 places our arrangement of TLP 5 users with the same serial number.

  Our company has recently made a few acquisitions and new users onboarded. These users running Creative Suite 6 DS as part of their work, and in the context of the absorption, we bring them in the VDI farm. Problem is that the existing copies, their former employer bought were not under a TLP volume license. Each user has its own serial number.

  I'll be in trouble with Adobe if I take these copies of sale retail CS6 away from them, put them on a shelf and these users added to the pool of virtual offices mentioned above? (This means that they would now use our series of volume).

  If not, is it possible to take a serial number for sale at retail and put it under the aegis of our TLP volume license?

  There is unfortunately no way to convert the retail volume keys. In order to add these users to virtual desktops, you pool must buy several seats volume according to the use.

• Silent installation and activation of the 50 copies of PhotoShop elements 12 TLP x

  I'm deploying licensed TLP of 50 users of PSE12 to 50 PCs without having to visit each PC, as was possible with previous versions.

  I have the installation in silent mode completed without error, but the product is not activated and has needed me to connect with one on each PC Adobe ID. Even once by the PC, it is not acceptable for a network installation.

  I also note that end users can disconnect from the Adobe ID so deactivatingthe software for all users of the computer, until I have revisit and sign in again. And no, we are not going to give users all Adobe ID credentials. Even before the events of the past week

  PSE12 Setup logs shows "there is no alternative files. Replace the value of substitution dir to be an empty string"- this is not find application.xml.override, even if the file is certainly available in the right places and is in UTF-8 format.

  Please try the steps mentioned to serialize the items below:

  1 generate usng prov.xml the command:

  adobe_prtk.exe - tool = VolumeSerialize - generate - series => - leid = V7 {PhotoshopElements-EMT12-Win-GM - regsuppress = ss

  2 serialize using the command:

  adobe_prtk - tool = VolumeSerialize - provfile = 'absolute path to prov.xml.

  We use some Zebra TLP 2844 under USB printers but the software is in C++ and printers works fine, now I'm evolution of LabView but it does not work (in LabView works very well with the serial port, but not with USB).

  I have already templates to send the data to printers, and are two different files, one is *. BIN and the *. EJF (I'm only changing the data inside of the *.) EJF)

  First of all, I have to send the. BIN and following the. EJF

  C++ does this by using the following command:

  Sorry, that didn't work. Coincidentally, you can check the same approach, but instead of the printer Properties, see if there is an impression of Preferences from the list of options for this printer right click.

  The other question that occurs to me is if the other computer that you tried your barcode printer had another printer connected to it? I want to say here is that if the other computer had not another printer is connected, then the functions print sent to the barcode printer. If this is the case, you may need to do the first barcode printer or the default printer. You do via the menu right click on the drive icon bar code in devices and printers (at the same place you went to before).

  Let me know if the work either of these two approaches. Keep me posted.

  We are a company with offices in many countries around the world with users of Acrobat. I remember roughly in the previous global companies, we have volume licensing (EA, CLP or TLP) so that we could have 1 deployment package with key 1 license and distribute/manage globally. Then just ask for additional licenses globally by 1 reseller.

  Now, we are driven to go through Adobe resellers for each region, we want to authorize and deploy Acrobat. Does this mean that we will be still can under 1 license key/package or need a by region?

  What is the way more simple and better handle this in the world?

  Purchase Adobe licenses for most products is now ETLA (license agreement Enterprise term).  The Acrobat installer is now MUI (Multiple User Interface) or a language like Rave switchis Installer is an installer.  The other thing that has CHANGED is the serial numbers.  The serial numbers are regional, UNLESS you get a serial number of all THE LANGUAGES.  You will need to discuss this with your account representative sales on how you want to approach your Acrobat installations.

  When you get the new iPod, you can use iTunes on your computer to select and synchronize the music you want on it, in the same way that you synchronize your current iPod - your iTunes will recognize them as different devices and will remember your choice of synchronization for each, it will not (unless, for example, you restore the backup of your current on her iPod) put the same content on both.

  In order to synchronize Notes between your Mac and iPhone, you must configure iCloud > http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/

  But this requires macOS Sierra 10.12, the latest available version and the last iOS available for your iPhone.

• Photos, iCloud and OneDrive sync

  I have a question on how to better organize my photo library.

  For the moment, on my space OneDrive (mapped to a partition on my MacBook SSD), I have a folder called 'Images' containing just about all of my photos and organized by folders.

  Since my tech ecosystem is roughly marked Apple (iPhone, iPad and MacBook), I would use the power and versatility of the Photos and iCloud, so that everything remains in all of my devices and free space memory iPhone sync.

  Here's the question: I want to keep my pictures saved on OneDrive, then put the Photos on my Mac to view photos from this folder and use iCloud to share through my devices.

  -I see the same folder structure on iPhone and iPad a synchronization is complete?

  -More important, if I take a picture with my iPad, it will be placed not only on iCloud but also automatically added pictures on Mac which, in turn, puts it in the folder of photos on my OneDrive?

  -Finally, take pictures of my iDevices will store them in the film. If I move them into folders, photos will be mapped (copied to iCloud) on my other devices constantly (in the folder)?

  I would like to notice I'm not trying to avoid using iCloud premium space - I already have a subscription plan of 50 GB that I don't mind mounted. I just keep having just all my photos on OneDrive.

  The photo library can not be stored on a basic system to pictures not work will have a referenced library, so you may not have a local library references photos on a disc - the photo library can be on a local drive connected directly to the Mac OS Extended format

  You can synchronize between the Mac and IOS devices using iCloud library that synchronizes the photos and the structure of the album/folder between devices

  When you import pictures you can export them to your OneDrive record and have a copy (not associate Photos somehow) on a disk

  You can not have the same physical pictures in Photos and on one disc - each must have its own copy of the Photo
