Cause
Bug KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED control is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.
Common exception codes are:
- 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation has occurred.
Solve the problem
If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques:
- Make sure you have enough disk space.
- If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
- Try changing video cards.
- Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.
- Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.
If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.
If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following:
- Hardware incompatibility. Ensure that all new equipment installed is listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
- Service driver or defective peripheral system. A chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.
If the verification of the message bug list a driver by name, disable or remove that driver. In addition, disable or remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.
If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third-party remote control program. If this software is installed, you can remove the system startup service using the recovery and then Console by removing the offending system service file.
Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver responsible for control of bug 0x1E. You can disable the cache in memory of the BIOS to try to resolve the error. You must also run the diagnostics of material, especially the scanner memory, which provides the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.
The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For any problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the hard disk drive target. Search and delete temporary files that you do not have to have, files hidden Internet, application backup files and files saved.chk, which contain fragments of files on disk scans. You can also use an another hard disk drive with more free space for the installation.
You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS

Hello
It's worse than at the beginning with STOP: 0x000000F4 error message. It is still problematic to help this kind of problems, because your laptop configuration, preinstalled software and activity is not known to us.
In my opinion you should backup all of your important data, install the OS by using HARD drive recovery option and test functionality with original operating system without any additional software installation.
If the BSOD happen again and again that I recommend you contact the closest service Toshiba and ask for help. I have two laptops Toshiba and so far I didn t notice BSOD at all.

Constant rebooting with blue screen - Satellite A60 332
I have a Satellite A60-332 for topic a little more than two years now, recently, I noticed two major problems which I did not have time to run to the top:
1. sometimes the laptop restarts just by itself for no reason. When I'm working, a blue screen with white text pops up for half a second and restart the system. Rarely another question occurs after that it will not restart but will be beep like crazy.
2. I've had this problem since I bought my laptop; Sometimes the laptop won't play audio. What happens is after turning on the system; If the audio does not work: all the 'switches' in the volume control window will be present (wave, cd player, to the, telephone line, etc.). But sometimes when the audio does not work it just shows three switches, not more.
I've had these two problems for a while now, and I've reformatted my computer at least 5 times since I bought it, these problems never go away.
I also had another question; my hard drive is the 30 GB supplied with Toshiba. I tried to upgrade, but heard that most laptops, including Toshiba, have a hidden partition on the hard disk called a tatoo, that is when some of the system files are stored so that when you run the recovery discs, they function properly. Can anyone confirm this because, of course, is not a pull & pop work to install a new hard drive, because I won't be able to copy this tatoo.
Many thanks for any help in advance.
Hello
1.) BSOD appears mainly due to the failure of the serious software or hardware failure. The laptop could also automatically stopped due to overheating. In this case, you should check your fans and clean if possible with the vacuum cleaner. But be careful. If it won't work not then test the operating system with the new installation of the OS. Perhaps a 3rd party software is a bad influence.
In addition, check if the device uses the latest version of the BIOS. If this is not the case, the update.2.) don t know why this happens but maybe due to overheating mentioned.
However, you could try reinstalling the audio driver.3.) sometimes laptops come with the Qosmio player or express media player. These players are installed on the hidden partition. I don t think that there could be another reason for hidden partitions.

Satellite M30x - bootsequence Windows XP with blue screen
I have the following problem: I have 2 different Satellite M Series notebooks of performance!
The problem, that I wonder happens 100% of the tests, but after turning on the computer laptop and after the bootsequence - at the present time, that the windows XP logo appears - the system halts with a blue screen. Turn to restart and falls into the next blue screen.
The only thing I discovered is that XP regularly also begins long switch WLAN hardware is turned OFF as soon as I turn this switch with Windows, the blue screen occurs immediately and the system runs out of oil.
is that what is anyone able to help? -new review of pilots or any other solution to the problem would be appreciated!
Hansjoerg
Hey,.
Congratulations, you have already found the problem! :)
From my own experience, I can tell you that the same thing happened to a friend of mine. So he replaced the WLAN card with a new one and the problem has been resolved! Windows starts with WLAN turn on () correctly!
What WLAN card is installed on your laptop?
In Satellite M30x of my friend a WLAN Wireless Intel 2200 card has been installed. He bought a new one for little money on eBay and replaced it yourself because it s not very delicate. So take a look on eBay or other places. You can also ask a maintainer approved assistance if you are not familiar with the disassembly of the laptop.

My Satellite closing with blue screen
When I tried to turn off my computer 10 hours ago it took a long time, I pressed the characteristic "ctrl-alt-delete" but that doesn't seem to help. He was finally assigned through the ritual of saying "windows disconnects" but then I found myself with a blue screen where it says "closing windows" and my computer stayed like that for the last 10 hours.
Is it possible manually to replace the system and turn it off?Hello
As has been suggested by Red hawk you can stop the laptop by pressing the power button for 3-4 sec. Then the laptop must stop down.
If this error appears for several times, I think it would be a good idea to reinstall the OS. -
Qosimio G30-116 with blue screen at startup
I have a bunch of dule Qosmio-Qosmio G30-116 of the start-up in windows generates a blue screen of death, which is quickly erased before I can read what is displayed.
It starts in windows safe mode results in a long list of files displayed the last being Mup.sysBoot Linux and execution of everything I can think off generate no error.
Connecting the edge dignostics Toshiba BIOS does not generate an error.
Runs the check memory linux does not generate an error.
Display of the file system does not generate an error.
So I don't think I have a hardware problem, I think that something comes with windows
Does anyone have an idea how to stop my erasing of the screen so I could real know what the problem is?
There are a lot of valuable software on this machine, I didn't want to trash the entire disk to try to repair what seems to be a specific windows problem.
Hello
I think that the BSOD screen information would be very useful for you. The BSOD shows above all a memory dump that is not obvious to a common user.
Another user has already proposed the question could be linked to the installed windows OS.
I think he do not since then to study for a long time, who knows what unique application or which parts of Windows cause this problemYou can try to use the freeware application called CCleaner which may help you clean up the operating system and the registry. This tool helped me in different cases
But if the BSODS persist then a new install of Windows can help.

Windows XP installation with blue screen
Hello
I'm trying to reinstall windows on my laptop that I think he had a virus. I have managed to reformat my hard drive and that he was trying to run FDISK, but this does not seem to recognize my hard drive (I think).
When I try to load Windows from my CD I get say blue screen
A problem has been detected and windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check for viruses on your computer. Remove and newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to ensure that it is
properly configured and completed. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.
Technical information:
STOP: 0X0000007B (0XF7C82524, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)
Can someone please help me because I'm at a complete loss what to try next. I tried and run chkdsk from a follpy disc of ms - dos 6.2, but it told me that I need to run scandisk instead that has not solved anything.
Oh and I also tried another disc hard incase my original was damaged but keep did the same thing. The disc also had Windows XP previously.
It is possible that the laptop is designed for Windows Vista only. If there is no Windows XP drivers for the hardware, you're out of luck. You will need to do some research to see if this computer laptop Advent 5431 has XP drivers available. This will help you get started:
If there is indeed XP drivers available (you will need to get these first and have them on hand because they will have to be installed immediately after installing the OS), then your problem is the laptop computer that should allow you to select a floppy with the SATA drivers. If this isn't an option, you can probably access the BIOS and change a setting for the controller to IDE hard drive or "legacy" or something in that sense.
Since it is a hardware problem than a problem of Windows, you might be better off posting to a forum of users of laptop Advent.
It is possible that Vista may be the only option.

VAIO will not boot xp. Crashes with blue screen error.
VAIO will not boot xp.
Sony Vaio PCG - 691L
XP, installed at the factory has SP3 update..5gig ram
I worked on the machine to get to start XP. Sometimes it will boot in Safe Mode, but most of the time (and when it does not start in 'normal' mode), it crashes with a blue screen. The blue screen flashes fast to read, and then the machine tries to restart.
Once I do start safe mode and got WIndows update but can't update due to the update that needs to be in normal mode.
I was able to install Malwarebytes and a full scan. Also installed Spybot S & D and performed a full scan. When it does not start in normal mode it is slow, very slow. I tried rkill and it causes the machine down.
It starts in normal mode today, but it crashed before I can get open IE and go to the windows update.
Help...
Thank you
Rick
Tired of playing with this. Re-install xp.
Thank you...

Windows Vista crashes with blue screen
My computer dell laptop crashed with the blue screen.
I tried to restart and log in on my windows account. As you move the cursor to enter my password, it crashes every time.
That's why I tried to reinstall windows Vista by using the dell windows vista installation disc provided with the laptop. Everything went well, but in the end, it came with the message "Windows could not update registry data in the installation."

Header Bad pool with blue screen of death
Hello
Just a few moments ago my Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) laptop suddenly crashed with a pool header bad blue screen saying. He did this memory dump (found in the Windows\minidumps folder. Minidump on OneDrive
I checked for solutions with incident reports, but it does not come up with anything yet. At the time when I had a few tabs open in Google Chrome, was installing Microsoft Access 2013 and startup of Microsoft Word 2010 open after reinstalling it.
It seemed to happen as soon as I tried to close Word 2010 and everything just stopped and the blue screen came instantly. I don't know if the access facility had finished or still "finalized the installation" as it was the last time I checked it.
Any ideas what could? I found another post that said that there may be a problem with the RAM, and I have to use Driver Verifier and other tools. Another post on this forum
Thank you
Good to hear, Zac.
To answer your question, use the laptop for some time as you would on a regular basis. If no crashes amount of time usually it took to plant before, think it solved. Do not enable the driver verifier unless the system freezes again.
Please keep me updated in all cases.
Kind regards
Patrick
