To replace the noisy fans in HPE h8-1030

Hello

I need help to solve a problem of fan, I have a 2 years HPE h8-1030/pc, last year, 1 fans became more louder and I noticed snapping sound. I tried a few minor corrections, changed the power setting and vacuum the fans, (as recommended on the hp site) the side of the case was deleted to determine which fan is the source of the problem, this leads me to believe that the problem of noise is due to the heat, which brings me to why I contact hp support I need a recommendation of what I should do next, I need to what type of replacement or the fans? I looked on Amazon but don't see anything that was specific to my pc case or the processor (AMD Phenom II X 6 1090 t. 3,20 Ghz 64-bit) and would like some advice. Once again the specifications are:

-HPE h8-1030

-AMD Phenom II X 6 1090 t. 3,20 Ghz

-64 - bit

-Windows 7

Specific models, the brand names would be very useful

Thank you

Audible noise is deemed be 21dB. The problem with low noise fans is their lower speed (RPM).

Determining CFM has been the most difficult issue. Try Googling "5188-3722 CFM" (rear case fan is a #5188-3722), and you'll find it varies, but 40 CFM seems common response.

Now install this to control the ROTATION speed: http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/hwmonitor/1.19-setup.exe

Unfortunately, it seems that there is no information on fan replacing on the laptop of the G10. These documentations are not for public use, but only for the Toshiba authorized service providers :(

  • Should I replace the system fan or any laptop?

For the last day, I was doing some 90 b error code when I turn on my computer. It says my system fan does not work properly and could cause problems. If I continue however, it will work for about 7 minutes, and just turn off. The left back will be really hot.

I called HP today and they will fix it for $180 & give me a 3 month warranty, but is it useful? My computer is only 2 years old. I could just replace the entire computer through my work. Should I repair or replace?

    It is a 15 "Pavilion amd8 quad-core, 8G RAM, 1 TB HD

    Moon.

Cleaning would be easier to try.

It is a G6 and you would have to completely demolish the laptop to reach the fan to replace it.

    Try clean it first.

If this does not work, you will need to decide what is best for you.

  • Pavilion G7 1070us replacing the cooling fan

I have a mobile Pavilion G7 1070us requiring a fan and heatsink of the replaced machine joint.  The part # is 646578-001 fan.  the part # is 643256-001 heatsink.  on the heat sink, there's a part # 4gr12hstp80.  I found the same fan and the heatsink to replace, but with different reference numbers (heatsink heat part #643258-001, 4gr13hstp80) for sale at a supplier (costs and shipping charges).  My question is: has your repair story has proved that this cooling fan works in the computer pavilion G7 1070us laptop?  Thanks for the reply.

  • Replacing the front fan is no longer functioning

    Replacing my front fan,

no longer works after removing the stock cooler to replace it with this -.

who I couldn't screw at bottom, because the media have no hexagonal bolts, they just circles, which can be entered. After placing the return stock, and plug it into the power of the gpu and put back in the gpu, which I had removed it, the front fan is not started. I had not disconnected the power cord before. My only guess is that it can be crushed behind the GPU, which is double-wide, why I removed the first 28 mm fan for a 20mm. The 20mm worked until I did this.

    The fan was just stuck.

  • Pavilion 423.teleglobe uk replacing the cpu fan

Hi, first post so hope gives enough information.

The CPU fan above radiator has a missing Blade (no idea what happened and not in the case!).  The computer has been used very slow for a few months and this may have a role to play.  I formatted and replaced Windows XP a few times and always very slow.

I tried to get a replacement without success and I was wondering if anyone can help on where to get a new?

    Thanks in advance

    Thanks again.

Hello livingstonc, I'd be a bit wary of this model, because it has only 2 000 rpm and speed to other Coolermaster is 2 500 rpm. This may not provide enough air cooling of the CPU under load.

  • Help to replace the heatsink / fan - HPE 360z

This part has tumbled off the coast of an afternoon. I didn't know big thing, but from what I have studied, we need maintain my cool CPU (I think his name a heat sink). I am very confident, I can replace it, but I don't want to order the wrong part. (See the attached photos below).

Specifically, I only need the black plastic part that screws into the mortherboard. There is a small plastic latch that came loose (I circled it on the photo). I doubt they sell these individually, then I would be ready to buy a new heatsink if necessary.

Could someone direct me to where I could buy a new one? I don't think that STROKE manufactures this particular model more. Here's the info from my desktop Hp I would have included a link to the PDF of HP, but it seems that it is illegal:

    • Product name: HPE-360z
    • Product number: WX520AV
    • OS: Windows 7

A direct link to a compatible part on newegg, Amazon, etc. would be extremely useful. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I have a new machine, just a day old, and I'm having a problem with fonts.  The file Explorer, Edge and other similar programs seem to go from a very readable font that lights up in half a second or less whenever I move down on the page in these applications.  Police that results is much more difficult for me to read because of the lightness that results. I have not met this problem before.  Frankly, I don't know the source of the problem.  Is it hardware (video card) or (Windows 10) operating system software?

  • Replacing the fan for w/15.4 "screen and GPU integrated T60

    Greetings,

The combo fan/heater several months ago, I bought for my T60 was apparently the 41W6409 for a T60 with discreet gpu and cpu, but mine is an integrated model that uses the 41W6408.

As I can't return it, I was just thinking to replace the old fan with that on the new heatsink. But I'm not sure that it will fit, being the only FRU I could find for the Fan/Heatsink combo.

So, I was wondering if someone here who happened to know if these fans are the same.

Thank you very much in advance.

Steve, you can use the unobtrusive radiator on your integrated motherboard. In fact, the best option in my opinion is to go with a T61 heatsink that is designed to cool the much more powerful X 3100 graphics and uses the thermal paste rather than pads type blade of silicone used to cool graphic systems T60. Alternatively, you can replace these pads with thermal paste on the heatsink T60 but unity T61 is better in my opinion. I can't tell you if the fans are interchangeable, because there was more than one fan used on the T60 models intel, some were, and some were not. There was also a discreet couple different sinks of heat, but will be more than enough for the cooling of your integrated graphics. Platform which cools the discrete gpu will not be used so it isn't a problem and cooling chipset platform will suffice for the cooling of your integrated graphics.

  • Replacing the fan HP Pavilion DV5000

    Hello

Fan on my laptop has become very strong, so I opened my laptop to clean. Now, everything works great, much better than before. I have changed the thermal paste, cleaned all the peace of dirt etc.

Now, I want to replace the old fan with a new one. This is because there are a couple of models fan I need, but with different W - watts (1.3 to 1.7). I'm not sure what is the correct W for my fan (p.s. I tried to open the fan, so I removed the thumbnail). They all have the same tension - 5.

    Model fan is SUNON GC055515VH-A

    Help, please.

    Thanks in advance.

    Todd
