  My disk space takes less after frequent updates of ADOBE CC suggests improvements. After the Elimination of some programs, I had 9 GB unused space remaining. After update, it has been reduced to only 7 GB. This means that 2 GB disappeared before my eyes.

  I have fun Windows 8.1. [I read somewhere that I should delete a file named ACC.log from: \users\[user name] \App Data\Local\Temp. However, I can not remove this file I get the message that the file is used by ADOBE CC.

  Hello, I am trying to diagnose iMac a friend (end of 2013 27 "") who would panic at startup every time.  There has been no 3rd party hardware upgrades made to this machine.  Diagnosis of Apple come back fine, memtest is good (although maybe I didn't let it run long enough), and the drive is shaped in good health.

  I could boot mode safe very well every time... so at the beginning I thought it was a software problem.  I backed up, wiped and re-installed El Cap on it. (I also use the safe mode to begin on an external)  I still think that memory is the culprit.

  Other steps that I took: Reinstall memory, memory nvram reset, reset the smc, start on different media

• Adobe first Pro CC crashes after update

  I have read similar discussions of crash during launch with Premiere Pro (cloud), but I've exhausted all the suggestions. Works on a Mac, I have downloaded the latest update, rebooted the machine, disconnected Adobe Cloud, recorded in Adobe Cloud, checked my read/write permissions in the (good) library, and restarted again. It seems that first will launch and will watch the window of loading on the screen, but it crashes. Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom start without problems. Any suggestions?

• Printer Adobe Pdf has stopped working after update to Acrobat DC

  Hello, I installed Acrobat DC yesterday. Since then, printer Pdf Adobe has stopped working. It always gets stuck to software verification fonts printing source just hangs and I have to force its closure.

  I tried to uninstall the printer and manually install, repair the installation of Acrobat, but nothing has changed.

  The fixed! So that's how I did it. As I said Distiller crashed when loading fonts. I noticed that, it crashed after loading the "Colonna MT" police, so I removed the police immediately after Colonna MT in alphabetical order. After the removal of the police, everything works perfectly.

  If someone else should be useful, name of the font in question is com (sRB). Don't know why it causes Distiller DC crashing, or why it didn't happen with previous versions of distilling, but that's all.

  created a new user account on my mac and IT WORKS on it.

  I have disabled all third-party fonts - no solution

  No fact that Verdana and Tahoma are allowed - no solution

  Recoomended Adobe I uninstalled ALL OF MY CC APPS. Are you kidding me? So much work for one effect that I'm not of course will help.

• Adobe Standard 9.5.2 after update I get the error "insufficient data for an image.

  After the update to Acrobat Standard and devoid 9.5.2, some (but not all) of my pdf files are now open with the error "Insufficient data for a picture." Open files, but they are blurred, pixelated and are missing from the character Ben I applied earlier (by using a utility of LexisNexis Casemap). Fine, I can open the files on another computer with Acrobat Standard 9.5.1.

  How can I uninstall the 9.5.2, or make it work again?

  There are a few changes to the annotation tool. You can select the text and then right-click on it, you will get "Add a note to replace the text" option in the drop-down list.

• Adobe Premiere Pro bug with Mac News El Capitan. Project window bugs when paused/stopped (including screenshot)

  I just upgraded from Yosemite to El Capitan, and when I started editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, my project window would look like this in pause/stop:

  

  If you had read this forum for 2-3 weeks, you would have seen a TON of these... and there are also many other problems of El Capitan. Not only for Adobe, but for all kinds of software. Heck, even the crowd of MS Office is angry against El Capitan!

  If you can, roll back to Yosemite... There is a thread, you should find in a search with the statement on this.

  Otherwise, to do this, go to project settings... Acceleration of mercury... and together for the only software rendering. A box should then appear, and in this document, select "remove the Previews. Close & restart.

  And... screaming Apple to get them to pay some attention to their 'old style' user-base of the computer. They fell in love with devices, and you're so old school... at least for them...

• El Capitan frequent Kernel Panics

  Hello community! Long time fan, first time poster. Use Apple products my whole life and can usually dig myself about any situation. But this one was really puzzled.

  Essentially, the problem is since the upgrade to El Capitan (fully updated) my Macbook Pro Mid 2010 (Mac 7.1) was kernel panic very frequently. I noticed that it happens more often after waking up from his sleep. But occurs also when using at times. I did the standard uninstall all the 3rd party active tools, running in SafeMode with nothing doesn't. I'll give you a rating of crash example below, the BSD process normally is one of a few different things, but the kexts loaded is usually the same.

  Recently I got this error when I try to start Adobe Premiere Pro:

  

  I tried using the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to remove all Adobe apps and then put it back, but it did not work. Does anyone have any suggestions? The number (0xc0000142) means something? I don't really know what could have changed to cause the Premiere Pro suddenly do not work.

  Go to the following location and rename the folder in the name of old_folder

  User/user/library/Application Support and rename the Adobe folder

  User/Library/Preferences and rename the Adobe folder

  Then, go to the folder Documents and go to Adobe/Premiere pro/8.0 and rename the 8.0 folder

  Make sure that you are in the library of the user if you are not sure to check out the link below.

  Access the hidden user library files. Mac OS 10.7 and later versions
