• Off-topic Board

  On all maps in this forum but, there is a column titled NEW, between the columns of VIEWS and RESPONSES . If you click on the number in this column, you will pass to the 1st post in this thread unread. A useful shortcut if you are montitoring a several page thread.

  However, this column is missing in the off-topic Board. Must click on the title of sugject, or page number in the case of several pages and then scroll down to find where you have "last ceased". Also on other forums, when you click on the numbers (for new posts), 1 unread will be shaded (like stickies) makes it very easy just read a respondent to the new entiries. Not so much to the OT on board.

  Without this feature in the Off-Topic Board, you not only have to scroll down, but I also have to check the dates of each message determine where new begins all have white background.

  Is there a way to incorporate this shortcut (column) that sits on every other Council in the edge off-topic as well? It would be useful to you. I use this method exclusively, and I'm sure that others also do. But I have to "switch gears" the Council of the OT .

  Someone else it is bulky, and/or would like it changed?

I would like to draw your attention to the risks and sanctions accompanying post not only 'off topic' but the horror of horrors, you respond to this post off topic! Especially when the replyer (or replyee?) was the original poster! For a fate more terrible than anything you can imagine awaits you...   I am using TOAD 10.6.1.3
  
  This is my query:
  
  I have moved to a new job and didn't not copy file format options "FmtPlus.opt" when I left the previous job.
  
  On my old TOAD, if I did CTRL + SHIFT + F, the following SQL would look like this:

  I have changed many settings in the options for formatting into a TOAD, but may not work, how to get the SQL to align as directed by my old version.

  Sorry, can't seem to do.

  My guess is that your previous Toad was an older version. No doubt someone in the meantime put in a request-for-enhancement indicating, this aligned keyword formatting right must use the keyword SELECT for alignment and not SEPARATE. Probably someone who doesn't like not formatting you like ;-)

  My Toad version 11.6.0.43 has two different options aligned right for the DML statements - "Key words fixed RIGHT" and "key words fixed RIGHT except high-end." I would have guessed the difference could be the difference you are looking for, but I see no difference no matter which of these two options, I chose.

  If your 10.6 version has the same options two and both give the same result - maybe you can produce a bug with the quest ;-)
  Or file a request-for-improvement it should be an option (but this would require that if they do a day, then you need to upgrade.)

• iPhone 6 more issues of button "home" and turn off the questions

  I have two separate issues with my iPhone 6 more

  9.3.2 software (updated to try to solve this problem - question began before the software upgrade)

  My iPhone only more 6 works randomly.  I'm still able to make calls and use the phone, but the phone is constantly interrupted by these two questions.

  "Slide to turn off" or button 'Cancel' at the bottom

  (1) the phone asks me to "Slide to Power Off" - at the top of the button slide phone - with a cancel downstairs.  Slide and turn it back on does NOT resolve this problem.

  "Home" button is to take a screenshot of my current screen randomly.

  (2) when you press the button of my house, he takes a picture of my current screen instead of Act works as a home screen button.  This can happen 1 time or 10 times in a row before the home button functions correctly.

  Your sleep/wake button is pressed somehow. You have a form any case suitable for your phone that covers this button? If not, the sensor that presses the Sleep/Wake button against is missed ignition. As you even tried a factory restore, it may be clear that the problem occurs because of a case that is pressing the button somehow or the switch has gone bad.

  When I go out or go to bed at night, I disable my wireless internet router. Sometimes I turn off when I just do something that doesn't require me to be online. Whenever I do this, Firefox continues implementing a warning window every two minutes telling me that I have no connection (that I know). How can I disable this window alert so it isn't keep appear in the middle of a game or a document that I do?

  Its an addon, not firefox.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to fix the problem and to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

  I have a similar problem. I have laptop Toshiba Satellite A300 - 15 c.

  Until recently, the multimedia keys worked fine. I have assigned an exe file to the second to the left key and been happy to use the power button lights and the dimmer.exe, but a few days ago the drive key stopped turning lights and acts rather as a key to turn off/turn on the sound. I checked the SCT and the key is always associated with the dimmer.exe. I even tried to associate the key with another function, but it remains just mutes / restores the sound the sound. You have an idea as to what could cause this problem and how can I solve this problem?

  And no, apart from updates to Vista randomly I have not installed anything new since before the key drive started acting weird...

  Value added package regulates these buttons and in this case, you must reinstall and use the latest version on the Toshiba site:

  As Garrett says you have to remove the old version first, restart, clean the system and then install the most recent drivers.

• MONITOR OFF-GASSING QUESTIONS

  I wonder how many other consumers have OUT GASSING problems with their HP MONITORS!

  I bought a HP 2009 m wide LCD in April 2009 and now when I put in place (before I have it turned on), I could feel it

  smell terrible, almost caustic.  After I started using the monitor I started having all sorts of physical reactions, including:

  -Œil, nose & throat Irritations

  -Respiratory problems

  -Fog of brain with subsequent disorientation

  -Weakness of the body

  -Irritablity

  -Headache

  -Nausea

  -Insomnia

  And these symptoms increase only whenever I use my computer.

  Please NOTE: I have to use my computer with my windows wide open and a purfier of powerful air on - and that is not much help.  And no, my computer is not sitting under the Sun is not everything that might contribute to or aggravate these problems.

  I WANT TO KNOW:

  -Why would these monitors sold to the public when people probably many, many HP had to know THAT OFF-GASSING was a problem and that it would be a great

  problem for many consumers?

  -HP will replace this monitor (without cost to me) with a monitor that is not gassing off?

  -At HP, who is responsible for this?

  I want to know who else out there there are similar problems with OFF GASSING!
