my internet does not come on directly when I click the icon Internet... a window usually appears gaveme alternate programs of your choice. It's a pain because it was not like this before. Help, please!

    Hi hamnej,

What is the 'alternative' open window that keeps popping up and what alternative programs you are requested to choose? Either by the way, not by chance is offered a selection of browsers to choose (this must be done in the UK and the European Union). If so just click OK button to connect to the internet. Once you have done this you will be given the choice of browser. If you do not want to change the browser, you already have IE 8.0, so I see no reason to change, then close the window and have no other problems. If you have a "Choose Browser" icon on your desktop, it can be removed.

These were not conclusive.  Run the Driver Verifier to identify the real cause.

If you're overclocking (pushing components beyond their design) return you to default at least until the crash is resolved. If you don't know what it is that you're probably not overclocking.

Uninstallation of Appliand would be the best method to see if she is involved in the issue.
Of course, check with their support, as it may be known issues with methods

  • Please help with my error blue screen error checking was: 0x0000000a

    Hello

Periodically, I get a BSOD in my computer Windows 7 Professional. This happens all the time, but usually shortly after startup or when the computer has been idle for a while. I saw a lot of people talk about problems of memory. Maybe it's my case but I ran Windows Memory control and also MEMTEST86, and no error occurs. I hope someone can help me refine my problem it is a problem of driver or compatibility of memory itself. This has happened for some time, but since I do not use this computer that I often put off fixing.

Well Yes, 2 sticks remove 1 try each slot. If theres only 2 slots. See what stick breaks down in any location

If the 1 stick is not crash after so long (depending on how long it takes to plant it now).  Remove it, put it in the other location. Do the same thing.

If a stick plant in 2 or all slot machines, do the same for the 2nd round

BCCode: 0x0000007f with the parameter 00000008 7f usually means a hardware problem.

Have you added a hardware or drivers updated recently? Check Control Panel - Windows
Updates to see if all drivers have been updated it just before what is going on has begun.

For 7f - this could be a problem of material such as uncomfortable cards or memory, while there are
other causes. Power electric low could also lead to this. Use the troubleshooters above and below
and when you get to the drivers and memory sections refer to my next message below and then

Notice the 08 (double fault) as 1st parameter means there are likely two causes. Do not forget to update

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP bug control has a value of 0x0000007F. This bug check indicates that the Intel CPU generated a trap and the kernel could not catch this trap.

This trap might be a bound trap (a trap the kernel is not allowed to capture) or adouble foul(an error occurred during the processing of an earlier fault, which always results in a failure of the system).

    Parameters

The first parameter that is displayed on the blue screen indicates the number of trap.

The most common trap codes are the following:

    • 0x00000000 or division by zero error, indicates that a DIV instruction is executed and the divisor is zero. Memory corruption, other hardware problems or software failures can cause this error.
    • 0 x 00000004, or overflow, occurs when the processor executes a call to an interrupt handler when the overflow (OF) is flag set.
    • 0x00000005, or limits check fault, indicates that the processor, then executing a BOUND instruction, determines that the operand exceeds the specified limits. A BOUND instruction ensures that a signed array index is within a certain range.
    • 0 x 00000006 or Opcode not valid, indicates that the processor attempts to execute an invalid instruction. This error occurs generally when the instruction pointer is corrupted and point to the wrong address. The most common cause of this error is hardware memory corruption.
    • 0x00000008 or Double fault, indicates that an exception occurs during a call to the previous exception handler. In general, two exceptions are handled in series. However, there are several exceptions that cannot be handled serially, and in this case, the processor signals a double fault. There are two common causes of a double fault

    CAUSE

0x7F bug check occurs after the installation of a faulty or incompatible hardware (including memory) or if installed hardware fails.

A double fault can occur when the kernel stack overflows. This overflow occurs if multiple drivers are attached to the same battery. For example, if two file system filter drivers are associated to the same stack and then again the recursively of file system, the capacity of the battery.

    Solve the problem

Troubleshooting: If you have recently added the material to the computer, remove to see if the error recurs. If the hardware failure existing, remove or replace the faulty component. Run the diagnostics of material that does not have the system manufacturer supplies to determine which hardware component.

The scanner memory is particularly important. Faulty or incompatible memory can cause this bug check. For more information on these procedures, see the manual of your computer. Check that all the cards in the computer are well calibrated. Use an ink eraser or electrical contact treatment, available in electronic supply stores, to ensure the adapter card contacts are clean.

If the error appears on a newly installed system, check the availability of updates for BIOS, SCSI, or card network controller. These updates are generally available on the Web site or the hardware manufacturer BBS.

Confirm that all hard drives, hard disk controllers and SCSI adapters are listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.

If the error occurred after the installation of a new or updated device driver, you should remove or replace the driver. If, in this circumstance, the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with NTFS, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console in order to access the file.

Also to restart your computer and press F8 to character-based menu that displays the choice of operating system. In the menuof Advanced Options , select thelast known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when you add a single driver or service at a time.

Overclocking (setting of the CPU to run at a speed higher than the nominal specification) can cause this error. If you have overclocked to the computer that is experiencing the error, return the CPU to default clock speed setting.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver that generated the error. You can also disable caching memory BIOS to try to resolve the problem.

If you have encountered this error during the upgrade to a new version of the Windows operating system, the error can be caused by a device driver, system service, an anti-virus or a backup tool that is not compatible with the new version. If possible, remove all third-party device drivers and system services and disable all antivirus before upgrade you. Contact the software manufacturer for updates of these tools. Also, make sure that you have installed the latest Windows Service Pack.

Finally, if all of the steps above do not resolve the error, take the system motherboard to a repair for the diagnostic facility. A crack, a scratched trace, or a defective component on the motherboard can also cause this error.

We have a six year XP old Dell laptop. We recently had an upgrade memory and it works very well.

Yesterday, we got what I now know to be a BSOD (blue screen of death!). I'm unable to go beyond the blue screen and complete functions. I tried all of the advanced options, including the 3 security modes.

    The message is "Process1_Initialization_Failed.

Stop: 0x0000006B (0xc0000102, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0 x 000000000). Is anyone aware of how to get back or if I can get all the files on the laptop without being able to boot windows?

I have a cd Windows xp home edition reinstallaton, but if I put in the drive, it is not recognized and is the BSOD. Thank you

    Patty

I knew that there is an AVG in here somewhere...  AVG is at least a part of your problem.

Here's how to fix this error:

If you see a message like this:

    PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
    STOP: 0x0000006B (0c 00000034), 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

That means that your c:\windows\system32\ntdll.dll file is missing.

Of course, the file must never be missing, but it may have been quarantined (actually deleted) by your antivirus/antimalware software.

There are other copies of the file that is missing on your system in other places, so you just need to replace it.

You can replace the file from the XP Recovery Console.

If you do not have a genuine XP bootable installation CD to boot into XP Recovery Console (or if you are unsure of what you have) you should make a CD of XP Recovery Console and don't forget (no support for XP not necessary).  If you need to know how to do this, just ask.

Once started in the XP Recovery Console, that:

A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

We know that XP keeps copies of critical system files in the following folder:

    c:\Windows\System32\dllcache

Starting the XP Recovery Console prompt, enter the following command:

    Copy c:\windows\system32\dllcache\ntdll.dll c:\windows\system32

Answered in the affirmative if invited to replace the existing file and then you should see a message that 1 file (s) has been copied.

If the copy command is unable to find a copy of the file in the dllcache folder, this command may work depending on how your XP has been installed:

    Copy c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386\ntdll.dll c:\windows\system32

Type "exit" to exit the Recovery Console and the system will restart.

You will see then a menu of boot options so if you do, choose Start Windows normally.

Two main causes of this blue screen video drivers and BIOS - check with the system manufacturer
Site for graphics (Video) card and BIOS, then on site of the manufacturer of the device for the last video. It may be
other pilots to check there. Disable the installation of self as those who are older and if
Updates Windows suggests a pilot just HIDE. Antivirus is another possibility.

    Cause

Bug KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED control is a very common bug control. To interpret it, you must identify which exception has been generated.

    Common exception codes are:

    • 0xc0000005: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION indicates that a memory access violation has occurred.

    Solve the problem

If you do not have to debug this problem, you must use certain basic troubleshooting techniques:

    • Make sure you have enough disk space.
    • If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
    • Try changing video cards.
    • Check with your hardware vendor for updates to the BIOS.
    • Disable the BIOS memory options such as implementing caching or shading.

If you plan to debug this problem, you may find it difficult to get a stack trace. Parameter 2 (the address of the exception) should identify the driver or function that caused the problem.

If you do not know the specific cause of the exception, consider the following:

    • Hardware incompatibility. Ensure that all new equipment installed is listed in the list of the products tested Microsoft Windows market.
    • Service driver or defective peripheral system. A chauffeur service or defective peripheral system could be responsible for this error. The hardware problems, such as BIOS incompatibilities, conflicts of memory and IRQ conflicts can also generate this error.

If the verification of the message bug list a driver by name, disable or remove that driver. In addition, disable or remove drivers or services that have been recently added. If the error occurs during the startup sequence and the system partition is formatted with the NTFS file system, you may be able to use Safe Mode to rename or to delete the faulty driver. If the driver is used as part of the start-up procedure of the system Safe Mode, you must start the computer by using the Recovery Console to access the file.

If the problem is associated with Win32k.sys, the source of the error may be a third-party remote control program. If this software is installed, you can remove the system startup service using the recovery and then Console by removing the offending system service file.

Check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help identify the device or driver responsible for control of bug 0x1E. You can disable the cache in memory of the BIOS to try to resolve the error. You must also run the diagnostics of material, especially the scanner memory, which provides the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

The error that generates this message may occur after the first reboot during Windows Setup, or after installation is complete. A possible cause of the error is lack of disk space for installation and the system BIOS incompatibilities. For any problems during the installation of Windows that are associated with lack of disk space, reduce the number of files on the hard disk drive target. Search and delete temporary files that you do not have to have, files hidden Internet, application backup files and files saved.chk, which contain fragments of files on disk scans. You can also use an another hard disk drive with more free space for the installation.

You can solve the problems of BIOS by upgrading the version of the system BIOS

  • Laptop Dell - blue screen of death - CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION caused by driver: ntkrnlpa.exe

    Hello

I searched for a solution to a major problem, as we have seen with some Dell systems I work with.

three models who know that exact blue screen: Dell E6430, E7240, and E7440.

Every accident is due to random, indicating the following:

    Bug Check String: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION

    Bug check code: 0x000000f4

    P1: 0 X 00000003

    (the others are always different)

    Caused by the driver: ntkrnlpa.exe

    Address: ntkrnlpa.exe + dedd8

    32 bit OS/processor.

So far, we tried the following:

Update the BIOS of the systems to the latest versions.

Update the version of the driver from the hard drive from the site of the manufacturer (not one Samsungs)

Replace most of the internal parts (motherboard, RAM, CPU) with known work of Dell parts.

Recreate the image on the computer entirely. (re - install windows, but still receive the error re-)

In the end, we end up making a complete replacement of the HD.

We carried out Diagnostics using a few tools (SMART data reading using SpeedFan) and it is not to report all errors. We used the Dells built in the diagnosis on the RAM, hard drive and nothing seems made of any hardware failure during testing of large 4 hours.

I was wondering if someone had met these blue screens on other systems, and what other tools and resources, we could use to try and fix these without doing a complete system replacement.

The most recent crash in this issue is 29 October so it may not be the same as the current problem

These accidents were related to the corruption of memory (probably caused by a driver).

Run these two tests to check your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.  Launch auditor.  You don't need to run memtest again unless the auditor is not the cause, or you want to.

If you are overclocking anything reset by default before running these tests.
