Hi I need help, to know how to insert a site map link in the footer of a page Web in muse Adobe.
a quick google search just shows how to create a site map, but no mention of how to get a clickable link to a sitemap on a Web footer.
any help would be appreciated.

You can try to front page of the site hyperlink to any text that would open the sitemap on the mouse action.
For example, domain.com/sitemap.xml, enter in this format in hyperlink with any text or image that you can place on the page footer area.

So I have a macbook pro - and she advised me that I had to update my Adobe flash player. So I go through all the steps and I'm stuck at the last stage, where he asks me my user name and password. I go in there correctly - several times and it does NOT connect. He shakes to show that there's an error. Double check my file AND I go to the Adobe site to connect with the same information. and it works very well.
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Help please.
Could you please try ComputerName administrator as username and the password as password.

I am trying to install Flash player on my Mac. All the steps work as it should, to the point where I asks me to enter my password. I do this, and the dialog box moves as through the p/w were not valid. However, it works to connect you to the Adobe site. I just changed to be safe and checked again.
There is no password required to download or install the Flash Player. Chances are your Mac is that you have to enter his password to allow the installation to occur.

When I try to upgrade Lightroom 6.3 (perpetual license) to Lightroom 6.4 (perpetual license), I can't compete the upgrade process and receive a notice of error Code U44M1P7. You can use the link below. If you uninstall you will need to download LR6; then download the 6.4 update. Re-install is often recommend if there is update problems. Otherwise, you can try the update from another account of users with administrator privileges and then switch back to your normal user account.

I don't know if it will work. You are certainly allowed to have subscription works on two machines, but there could be a problem if you try to download/install in a country that is not the one where you purchased the subscription. You must communicate directly with the Support from Adobe and see what they tell you.

El Capitan crash hearing CS6. Had to reinstall older OS that wiped my computer clean. No need to reinstall CS6 (which was originally downloaded from the Adobe site) but the Adobe site can find no trace of my download. What should do? Thank you!

I bought the last 13 items for download, but I clicked on the link Windows by mistake when I bought it, I own a Mac, how can I change the Mac platform? I have used Acrobat Pro DC to embed a video clip in a video and, when prompted, updated my copy of Flash Player to 17.0. Now, even if the Adobe site confirms that Flash Player 17.0 is installed and enabled on my system, the video still does not play when I click on the Start button. Instead, I keep getting the prompt direct me to install the necessary revision of the Flash Player. Can any clarify what is happening here and I need to do to remedy this? I'm working on a system with Windows 7.
You must install the NPAPI Flash Player (for Firefox, etc) not the plugin for Internet Explorer ActiveX plugin. Acrobat cannot use the ActiveX version.

I can't get Adobe Flash Player to date on my Mac. It keeps telling me to close Safari, even if it is closed. I have tried every thing on the Adobe site to solve the problem with the same results still. I went to the site of both Mac and said to go to Adobe for a solution. It worked fine as a new Mac in February, but it will not update now, so no Flash Player ay all. Thanks for any help.
By clicking the red dot on the safari window it minimizes, but leave the program running.
To exit Safari completely, open Safari by clicking on the dock icon, and then choose Safari > Quit Safari to the upper left of the screen.
