TouchSmart 15: Screen go crazy

My computer is 2 years old, running Windows 8.1, update to Windows 10 last year and worked well until last month when the screen started going crazy (flashing lights, apps starting with themselves, frozen cursor) a few hours to play my music or the radio.  Has no means of control by touchscreen or the cursor, and the only thing to do is to turn off the power button.

I finally restore specifications factory and charge only a few applications (antivirus, HideMyAss, my music files) and that worked for a while, but problem has restarted.

I raised the computer an inch overheating was a problem, although it does seem to run hot.

Anyone have any ideas?

I read your post on the issue of the display and wanted to help you!

For starters, can you provide me with the product number of the laptop?  Here is a link that you can use that will help you find your model and product number:

In the meantime, what is the current operating system for your laptop?  If you have performed a system recovery, to bring the laptop to its factory settings, you should have the original operating system supplied with the notebook.  If you still use Windows 10, then you can opt to go back to a previous generation option, in your system settings:

HP Notebook PC - upgrade to Windows 10

Once you return to your original operating system, try to perform System Recovery.  After that, do not install programs for a few days and see if the laptop has the same problem.  If this isn't the case, load a program at a time, starting with the anti-virus.  Allow a day or two to pass after the installation of each program.  This is to check that you have no malware files.  Otherwise, the issue may continue to reproduce.

This will allow you just click Open and have this program open the file for you.     Yes, you can reset the computer without going through Windows, but I advise to use a mouse to touch before you do. Also try to start in sate mode and allowing the touch function.

    This looks like a faulty GPU, you can still get it fixed if you wish. Resume the computer at your local Apple store or CENTER in your area to be diagnosed professionally.
