  I got my K1 for a week now, I'm updating to 3.2.1 and haven't tried the camera since the first day, it worked fine this day there and we took several pictures.   These two are USB devices.

  Control Panel - Device Manager - click in the empty area - VIEW - show hidden devices

  Look everywhere EXCEPT USB controllers for your devices and if find you them (maybe more)
  one of each)-RIGHT CLICK and UNINSTALL for all instances. For camera and device of FP.

  Now, moving to - right click - USB controllers UNINSTALL everything in category one at time EXCEPT the
  Category itself - REBOOT. This will refresh the USB driver stack.

  Here is the similar procedure under XP, Vista is the same, except that we need to clear the specific device if present.

  WMP will not generally be art on wav. files, except if they come from a source where they are already integrated, and the user can not usually add selected work (although I think I've seen the links here in other threads that may make it feasible), but if you still get problems with the work unwanted on mp3 files or wma you can always replace it with an image of your choice (in jpeg form) even if it's just a snip-photo of some say text ' work in progress or a square of color or other.

  Click on "copy" on the image that you want to use - go to the wmp Library - open files that have incorrect image - right click on the image and you can paste the replacement.
