  Yes.  It's one of the ways Fusion can be used and why it is so advantageous to the two as / when needed.

My computer (Dell Studio 1550 on Win 7 64 bit) has been recently reset and during the reinstallation of the DNS and the subsequent fine adjustment, I came across a page that wanted my username and admin password.. I plugged in and it came up with the error message: "no mapping between account and the security of ID names has been done." There is one account on my computer and my admin. account. If something has been lost in resetting? How can I fix / security ID card? Thank you for your help.

  I was looking at the internet, seeking to solve this problem and suggested this solution:

  Launch regedit.exe.
  Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation.
  Right-click anywhere in the right pane & hit NEW > DWORD (32 bit) value.

  Name RealTimeIsUniversal, and then double-click top & him give a value of 1.

  Then, reboot to OS X and reboot in Windows. Now, this will result in a correct display of the time.

  I'm not used to these changes, so before the well proceeding to be sure if this is a permanent, secure

  solution OR is there something else that needs to be done?

• computer in question being, trying to download the latest update (kb981852) whenever I have download nothing is updated and the security symbol remains (yellow shield of windows).

  Einf is the message I get.  I did what I usually do to download but nothing happens.  I noticed there are 0 download size, so I guess that nothing is there for download anyway.  The windows symbol, I assume that something is wrong.  Please could someone enlighten me.

  As Windows was preinstalled on your computer, you must contact the Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to reinstall of Vista drive. I suggest to fix vista problems, before you start the upgrade to Windows 7 if it is not upgrade may freeze or you will receive errors.

  After reinstall of Vista drive, you can perform SFC scan offline using the disc. Follow the steps below to do so.

  a. Insert the installation disc.

  b. restart your computer.

  c. click on the Start button, click the arrow next to the button lock and then click on restart.

  d. If you are prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.

  C:\Users\admin\AppData\Roaming\odi location.

  Admin, it's the currently logged on user.

  It will be created again when you next start and everything will be reset. If you're afraid to delete, you can take backup of this folder

  No, for troubleshooting the best way is to use the CLI that will give you debug output on where it is lacking.

  For configuration, outside the CLI, ASDM and CSM, unfortunately there is no other tool that works on Linux/Freebsd because it is more specific orders of the ASA and only limited to the CLI, ASDM, or CSM.
