Transcoded files import does not correctly.

I'm new to first (from FCPX) and I tried to import a video file for the past hours. I can't rotate.

1. the files in question are files .mov 720 p 422 AppleProRes, 8track on 48 k audio sampling, transcoding of the r3d files (red cine-x if it is important).
2. the files play fine as stand-alones, in my Quicktime Player.
3. they also import and play well in FCPX.
4. I am able to import songs audio and other films done in Premiere Pro. They all play very well.
5. when I try to import my transcoded files, the image seems to matter very well, but audio is this horrible static noise maxed-out on all channels.
6. in another transcoded video, rather than the audio maxed out, missing audio channels and the channels that exist are extremely heavy and highly distorted.

7 I tried to re-transcode to HDV, but I get the same audio distortion when I import to first.

8 I tried to play around with different settings of the sequence, and I also tried corresponding to the sequence of the element in question.

9. I tried to import my raw r3d files, but the first does not allow them to import. As I read that the first is able to read r3d, I reinstall my copy of first.

that linear pcm should work. Apple lossless should be helped first, then you can try this. aac and mpeg4 codecs are too poor quality.  If you export a stereo or mono channel pcm file does still have problems in first? You can also tell creation using only some tracks/channels to maybe see if has a problem with some of them. tray, right-click and choose Edit, audio channels, or of the right timeline click on a clip and choose audio channels.  You can also split channel track the location of the project, when you change channels, it can say 8 mono tracks.

    Hello!

Import R3D footage in after effects CC 2015.2 does not work. It does not work in Premiere Pro CC 2015.

Operating system is Yosemite (10.10.5). It also does not work when opening projects that were imported from r3d footage.

    Any help would be great!

    Thanks in advance.

This bug is fixed in the update after effects CC 2015 (13.7.2): http://adobe.ly/1WaV0pP

This only bug fixes Update corrections occurred after effects CC 2015 (13.7.1) on Mac OS x files: RED (.r3d) can still be imported and are not reported as missing in existing projects.

This update is only for Mac OS X and is not available for Windows, because the bug with the RED files does not occur under Windows. The most recent update for After Effects on Windows is after effects CC 2015 (13.7.1).

  • Audio only importing does not correctly - tried everything offered - still does not

So, I imported the video 6 or so in first CS5.5 and listened. The audio is screwed up and stops randomly at half way through.

Now, I had this situation before too with an MP4. The fix online was to rename it with the MOV extension and lock/read-only file, and it worked.

This time, however, the file already is a MOV.

I tried locking and its import - did not work.

I tried renaming MP4, locking, and import - still same results.

I tried to erase the cache media, several times - did not work.

I tried to import other project - did not work.

I even tried to CONVERT in Media Encoder to aac. Still does not work.

    What now?

We used T5is of Canon DSLR to take all of our images. They are MOV files, and we were switch between modes of 1280x720@60 and 1920x1080@30 fps.

p.s. I finally got around the issue by extracting the audio into mp3 files using the free version of AoA Audio extractor. This does NOT, however, resolve the bug, but it was urgent.

  • . Video AVI import does not correctly. Imports audio only.

    System: windows vista 64-bit

Type of project: whatever the new draft standard is to the start screen

Problem: I import files video .avi and they import audio only. It does not allow me to slide into the slot of the video on the calendar, and it only shows the speaker symbol in the media management area. This is the kind of funny. Previously, I used these files in another session June-July 2009, and they worked fine then. I'm lost and need help! (PLEASE!)

    Perplexed, like a fool

If you look at the CODEC, it's Xvid version open source DivX, just as I suspected. These almost never work forward. The best workflow is to go before the Xvid compression (these are strongly compressed, lose a ton of data and quality), or to convert them to DV - AVI Type II with 16-bit 48 kHz PCM/WAV Audio files. I use DigitalMedia converter, but it is a shareware. Many users singing the praises of the Prism free to do the conversions. I've never used, but many here have and give it a very high rating.

Note: no conversion program cannot recover this loss of data and quality. He is lost and gone forever. That's why my first option was to return before this compression is applied. However, conversion will produce files that can be modified both video and Audio.

    Good luck

    Hunt

[Edit] do know not why/how they worked before. Usually, with the Xvid or DivX CODEC, you will get an error cannot import, or will get Audio or video only. I was never able to change any Xvid or DivX files in pre or PrPro - never, even once. I simply convert, if the client is unable to obtain the original source files, and I have even a diagram of loss of quality to show them how the film will look - not very good, IMHO. I make them sign on this loss of quality, before you start.

  • video fps 1080 p 60 import does not correctly

So I try to get a 1080 p 60 fps video in first to change, but I'm running into some problems when importing. I'll preface this by saying that I know that video is indeed works very well as I open it in VLC and it renders perfectly in 60 fps. The project is also in the correct parameters; 1080 p, 60 fps.

Here is where the problem starts well; I try to import the .mp4 and first he plays only audio. I read somewhere to try to change the extension to .mp4 to .mov, and it worked partially. The video imported with audio, 1080 p, good quality, BUT it was at 10 frames per second. I have opened the same .mov file in VLC and it plays at 60 fps, 1080 p, its fine.

So, first is messing up somewhere and I'm trying to find a way so that it can correctly, read my bloody video at 60 fps. If I check the properties of the two mp4 files, and when I change it to .mov, said 60 fps 1080 p etc but first just will not import correctly.

I appreciate all the comments, hoping to get this figured out! Thank you!

Performance of Premiere Pro CS6 version 6.0.0

I suspect that it may be variable because the files have different rates, even if I specify for the program records at 60 fps.

    BBoss salvation,

You have images image variable rate on your hands. This isn't 60 fps. You need to transcode these images in order to interfere in Premiere Pro.

    Thank you

  • Videos don't import does not correctly

Hi, as the title explains the problem is simple.

I am running the latest version of first Pro CC and my videos are not only import correctly, they play outside creation very well, but when I import into first they are black, about 1/20th the length, and have only audio (which seems ot be since the beginning of the video).
    Screenshot:YPVaXhn.png

The video in question is about 22 minutes long, but the poster up in like 1 minute.

Video files are in the following format:
    1280 x 720 @ 60 fps
Originally recorded with DXTory using the OpenEncodeVFW codec (which is obviously installed on my system), then crossed AVIMux to fix the audio. (Note that even the raw with audio file broke, until she walked the AVIMux has the same problem).

    My PC:
    Intel Pentium G2030
    4 GB DDR3-1600 RAM
    Club3D 14series AMD Radeon R9-270

NOTE: The read files fine on Premiere Pro CS6. but not on the CC.

So I finally have a (less-than ideal) solution.

Get first: images of DXTory (VFW h.264 in an AVI container), I use the OpenEncodeVFW for AMD VCE for registration.
Next: Use Handbrake (free), imitator of the settings, I record with, with the exception of a crucial, affecting the LOSSLESS quality (0). This prevents the loss of quality during this process (and I can confirm, you can't tell the original file and the brilliant new mp4 out).

After that, the generated .mp4 file is recently fully recognized by the first.

  • 5 d III cinema DNG import does not correctly

When I import the 5 d III cinemadng in first 7.1, the film arrives with a weird pink overlay. It is not only a colour change, but a sort of distortion of color. After Effects and Photoshop as well read the file very well via Camera Raw. Did anyone else encounter this problem or knows any solution?

The Canon 5 d MKIII has not the CinemaDNG files, it is precisely MagicLantern. CinemaDNG is a huge spec, we targeted get the correct colors of the first camera of BlackMagic.

  • Nikon Lens EXIF import does not correctly

    Hello

I use the latest version of LR CC, and since the last update I do not seem to get my goal of data appears in the Loupe Info or the EXIF field for goal. Correction of the lens works and correctly identify the type of lens, but I don't get the news. This info then not exporting to files that I upload to Flickr, which was until very recently. I get the focal length, and any other information. If I use a Fuji and inside indicating the name of the target and data.

    Screen Shot 2016-04-03 at 22.36.31.png

Nikon Lens - shows the range of focal lengths from 14mm, but not the goal type.

    Screen Shot 2016-04-03 at 22.35.29.png

Fuji lens - watch the goal in parentheses.

Any ideas on what this could be? I have inadvertently done something or is this a bug?

    Thanks in advance!

Hello, this is a known bug and will be fixed in the next version if all goes well.

It applies only to Nikon, but the good news is there is no data loss, it is simply a misrepresentation of data.

  • First CC srt file displays does not correctly

So I am trying to import the srt I for captioning, and when turned on CEA - 708 that he will reveal, but it is hard to read and that's not all what it.

There is no black background about him and the format is all wrong.

Is there a way to fix this?

I tried to convert to the SCC but that did not work and did not appear. Should what program I use to convert the srt in CSC?

    Thanks for posting here:

    1. check your SRT file and see how there in character lines - if any line exceeds 32 characters, including spaces, you can get the caption stall lines.

    2. There is a known issue with the background box black SRT imported into Premiere Pro 'Transparent' value - once you have the file in the BODY, you can set the background to 'Opaque' area by double-clicking on the file of the legend, and then in the Panel of legends, changing at each rear through the background controller location text box - this could take some time I know, but you can fix it in this way.

3-708 format legend will not convert in CSC - CCS sidecar format is 608 standard only. Try to MCC.

Here is a link to some tips on the use of subtitles encoded in Premiere Pro: learn to work with captions in Premiere Pro

Take care and thanks again for posting here.

  • MTS files import does not in first CC 2014

I just installed new updates and tried to start a new project in first CC 2014 and import MTS files. I get an error message saying "the file has a compression type not supported."

I have worked with MTS files in first for awhile now, but I'm stuck which dates back to the old CC Premiere because it's the only way I can import these files. I found one of the great new things in 2014 CC BEST support for MTS and other formats.

Help, please! I'm really excited about all the new features in this update and want to be able to use them for work, but right now I'm super disappointed.

    Thank you

    Jase

I've seen a lot of reports like this, then something goes well.

Try to rename or move the folder with the media.  Then , open the project in 2014 CC.  It will ask you where is the press, that it points to the file renamed or moved.

  • HP Envy 4524: Printer PDF files print does not correctly

I have two files: a jpeg and a single pdf, card, size A4.  They look identical when displayed on the screen, but when I print, the jpeg format is perfect and the pdf smear through it. This is a new printer and I had no such problem on my previous HP Photosmart 6510. Any ideas?

Welcome to the HP Forum! It is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get help and advice.

I understand that you are having problems when printing an image in PDF format. I would like to help with that.

First of all, I would like to know the app that you use to open / print PDF files. You use "Adobe reader" or another application?

If you do not use the Adobe reader software, please install Adobe reader, and then try to print the pdf image.

If you already use Adobe reader software, follow the steps below:

    1. try the option "Print as image":

    • Choose file > print and then click Advanced.
    • Select print as Image.
    • Click OK to close the Advanced Print Setup dialog box, and then click OK to print.

    2. install the last update:

    • Open Acrobat or Reader.
    • Choose Help > check for updates. If a new update is available, it installs automatically.
    • Once installed, restart your computer.
    • Print the PDF again.

In addition, please go through the steps here: http://hp.care/2dSDxCD

  • LabVIEW csv file reading does not correctly.

I try to use the spreadsheet read vi file as follows the attached csv.

    He did some things wrong:

    (1) the first cell in the resulting table has ÿþ attached to the front of it, it looks like labview is striking some special characters, it should not? (Notepad, notepad ++ and excel can open all the file with no problem and no show ÿþ or something like that).

    (2) it is abuse characters from end of LIFE as two line breaks, resulting in empty rows between each row of data. (Looking at the csv file in notepad ++ confirms that the lines are completed with a CR and LF (same as EOL).)

    (3) I read in sub form of string, because one of the columns is nonnumeric, but then I remove this column of and try to convert the remaining string table in a digital picture (failure). It also fails if I shoot an individual element of the array and try to convert it to a number (in either case, using the string fract/exp number), below, I have an example of attempted to read from the 2nd column of the 1st row (index: 0.1) which is being shaped as a string: "1.37238168716431" and conversion which gives 0 as you can see in the snapshot of the façade into a number.

  • DeskJet 3050 J610: PDF files print does not correctly

    Hello

I have a HP Deskjet 3050 J610 Series all-in-One Printer using Windows 10. It is not wireless I'm using a USB port for printing.

I used the HP printer Assistant, make sure that the printer has been updated with the latest version of the driver. I ran the cleaningprogram.

My problem is, when I try to print a PDF file all the text within the framework of the formula is clearly printed. It is printed, but it is very indifferently.

Is there a kind of setttings that can handle this?

If I print the PDF file and tick print as image then it prints all text clearly.

Looking forward to hear from you

  • Sorting files Explorer does not correctly

I have 3 files on my external HARD drive:

    03/08/2012,

    07/08/2012 and

    10/08/2012.

    But Explorer sorts as follows:

    03/08/2012,

    10/08/2012 and

    07/08/2012

Any ideas how to get the Explorer to sort correctly?

    James

In fact, I forgot to show the full names of the files.
Each folder has a 'prefix' of the data files.
One of the folder I named DateFiles. (e instead of one)

    Sorry my fault.

  • Published the video of the InDesign file streaming does not correctly

I joined a MP4 which is 7 mb in size in my InDesign document. In playback mode, after using 'Post online', the feature is good [goes to fullscreen etc], but the video is extremely slow to load. So slow that it is very bad. It is not the internet connection because it's testing of a variety of regions where the problem is for the video to load poorly. Any suggestions on video content or the way I'm integrating the video will be appreciated. Any suggestions will be appreciated at all actually!

You push the limits on the size of the videos.

    Publish online FAQ

"But if you want an optimum read the experience of online Documents publishing we recommend that you encode your videos to mp4 files and keep quite small."
