  If you have a full backup of the old Blackberry, use this .ipd file to restore only the contacts on the new device.

  If your contacts are up to date in Outlook do a one-way Outlook for contacts device synchronization.

• How to close contacts between prospects and notation programs?

  I've implemented a program challenging 1 week, whereby cases of potential prospects will receive our week 1 "here are some tips for you' type series and will be scored based on their interaction with this series of emails.

  For scoring, I use the standard ' BP programs - Lead Scoring "that accompanies our instant Eloqua on setup. It was an excellent program of scoring for us on other programs to feed lead, but does not quite correspond in this situation.

  What the BP - program Lead Scoring is currently:

  • The main potential goes first through the program and then explicit into implicit program, and then it is removed at the same time.
  • Update every few hours Eloqua pushes a contact and one of our contacts that have a certain threshold score is pushed into SalesForce.

  What I need the BP - program Lead Scoring to make:

  • It should continue to do what he did, and...
  • If the contact has received an email from our week 1 feed program (which indicates that they are in this program) he must fend off the head contact 1 week program, instead of simply remove from lead scoring to feed and let it sit in limbo until SF it resumes.
  • Contact still needs to get pushed in SF, but it must also have pushed back in week 1, feed the program so that they will receive all the emails that we promised and you have an additional opportunity for qualification.

  What is the trigger that puts people in your notation program?  It's a program loader or a step in your innate program?

  If this is a step in your innate program, you could use step 'Add program' instead of 'Move to program? "  'Add program' does not their current step remove.

  If it's a program loader, my comment would be that people can be in several programs at the same time.  That means, if they are in the challenging program of 1 week and your feeder program puts in the Score to lead program, they will not necessarily be removed from the stimulating program.  It depends on the way in which the rules are set up of course.

  I got my MacPro DL'd CR 8.3rc. He would not have installed. I received a message that I need Adode DL Manager. I have DL had the Manager and he refused to install asking me to DL Adobe Support Advisor. I did, he ran, she found 'no problem '.

  Any thoughts? I suspect 10.9 OS because my Macbook Pro still working OSX 10.8.4 and CR 8. RC is installed and running on it.

  I have a BB Q5 and one just got my obsolate Bold 9650 running on OS 5.0 works again :-)) (was looking for the battery).

  I want to transfer my contacts (and calendar, if possible) to Bold 9650.

  I already have a link to BB and latest BB Desktop Software. None of which supported the other device.

  I launched the desktop software and attempted to 'restore' backup file created with link of Q5.

  Enough, obviously office did not see all files in the folder where I saved it.

  I don't remember the extension of the files created by us office, but the name of the link files extension is .bbb

  Is not serious. The problem is: I can't transfer my contacts/calendar of Q5 9650. Mobile calendar is not very important, but I really need contacts.

  Is there another way, as the storage cloud or any system whereby I can transfer contacts between these two devices to backup online?
  I already have the box on Q5, but it does not at all on "BOLD". Not at all.
  BB Protect does not work for the Q5.

  With the help of link (for OS 10) BB, BB Desktop Software and MS Outlook (namesake).

  First, I copied my Q5 in Outlook contacts, using the BB link.

  Then Outlook contacts using BDS, copied in "BOLD".

  PS: It is in short. Manage my original outlook contacts was a quite different mess. :-D

  You just need to synchronize data between PC and device and device to the PC. I'm wrong?

  There are 2 ways to do it.

  (1) Intellisync APIs, (Director of office requires)-net.rim.device.api.synchronization

  (2) USB connection. (Doesn't require no Office Manager)-use streamConnection

  You will get the USBsample in samples of JDE. I guess that as the example of synchronization is in examples of JDE applications.
