  I changed to Palm Treo 500 for the Palm Treo Pro and tried to use the same 5V USB car charger and USB-power supply 5V without success. The Treo Pro battery does not charge.   I forgot to charge my Treo Pro for some time and now its completely off fees. has started to charge with the AC adapter / CC, but his does not work.   I could Tweak, have inserted a small piece of paper that covers the Center 2 pins 4 pin contacting the charge battery. After keeping it loads for about 30 min, I got 15% of costs, and the device is now on and load...

  I don't exactly know I did, but masking Center two pins allows load but disables boot... I think that its useful for anyone screwed to the top device...

• Treo Pro problem

  Hello-

  I got the treo pro for almost a month, and only yesterday started using it. Today when using TeleNav, the device froze and I could do nothing.

  So I did a reset software and removed the battery and succeeded him.

  For some reason any unit reset itself to what I suppose, it were factory settings then the unit froze again and I did a soft reset.

  Now the unit will not charge, it currently has been to the colorful image when he turns first when replace you the battery. A bar starts to cross the screen but only gets half.

  Anything I can do or should it be sent to Palm for repair?

  It's my bad, I still think that red phone as the power button button. Old habits and all that.

  I updated my version of Pocket Express on my Treo Pro, settings changed my "today" screen to show the Pocket Express, and my phone has crashed, rebooted and is now frozen.

  I took the battery several times and put it again.  The wallpaper is normal, but none of the stuff today screen rises, keys do not work, the phone does not work.

  What can I do?

  I pushed around on the internet and finally found how to do a "hard reset" on my treo.  search on this website.  It's a bit like re-installing your operating system on your pc.  it erases all your data, but you don't have to replace the phone.

  Hello!

  Its normal for the charger and phone to get hot during charge and could get hotter when you use while charging.  However if it becomes VERY hot, it is not normal, and if the charger has been do more hot than usual in the same conditions then I strongly suggest getting a replacement charger.

I tried to soft resets and that thaws it enough for me to do e-mail and other applications on the phone, but every time I try to open Internet explore, it just hangs. Anyone had similar problems?

  I suggest you do a hard reset on the device to see if that fixes the problem. The case opposite and you are still within your 30 days I'd have unit replaced at the store.

• Failed to get database connection on Treo Pro after a flight (Sprint)

  I had my Treo Pro a few weeks ago and really had no problem. It was a great phone, but I just came across a problem, I can not explain.

  I had to fly from Mpls to Miami and put my phone into "airplane mode" when the flight began. When I landed, I took the phone out of "airplane mode" and has managed to get the voice box and make calls. However, when I tried to get e-mail or open a browser session the phone kept giving me an error. He tried to dial #777 to start a data session (I think) and said that it is impossible to establish a connection. I removed the battery and forced the phone reboot and everything works fine.

  Someone I travelled with a suggested I give him some time to 'synchronize' with the network, so on the return trip I left phone continue to try to establish a session about an hour. After an hour with no email I got frustrated and rebooted the phone... once again, everything works great. I'll need to restart the phone every time I travel? Is there something I'm missing here?

  Is anyone else seeing this? Is it a question of Sprint? Help, please. Thanks in advance.

  So, I have updated the profile and the PRL on my phone. Trip to Denver and when I landed it connected immediately and I received the email. Even on my return home. As soon as I took the phone out of airplane mode I linking me and get email.

  I can't explain why it worked this time and not the last. Maybe it was the updates to the phone, maybe not.

  Thanks for your help. I'll post again if I get any new information.

• Problem with Treo Pro guard wake up

  My Treo Pro guard wake up without apparent reason.  I have no runing in the background apps, email is set to manual still it keeps waking up then cycles itself out as usual.  Still, I have 'x' all the apps off and he wakes up and cycles off.  This seems to be really draining the battery and is boring.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  Thanks IrreducibleM31 for the suggestion off cellualr radio.  This seems to be what's causing my Pro waking up again and again.  I turned it off for two hours and he did not wake up one time.  I turned on the radio cellualr and a few minutes to go to sleep, he awoke and continued to do almost every 10 to 15 minutes.

  Knowing the problem dosen't help because I need to have my phone on all day, so guessing it is not something I can do about it until someone comes up with a fix within the network.

  I recently bought this laptop HP Envy m7-u009dx and realized that the battery is not external. I use this laptop on a daily basis and know that this laptop will die in a year or 2 because the battery is no longer good or is short on cycles.

  If so, what are the options should I get the battery replaced/fixed? Because currently, I don't see any batteries this product online.  I don't know whether to return this laptop to the store or not.

  I'd rather have an option of a spare battery to replace me myself, rather than ship it to HP company with chances of there being transport and forwarding accordingly constant damage.
