I've always had my CS5 and CS6 programs installed on my computer. When I try to open the CS6 programs, I get kicked of a pop-up 'Renew your membership' and I'm not allowed to open my CS6 programs (the one provided with the suite) are NOT part of the criminal code. How can I do to overcome this situation with a patch or something. I still have my original files to load programs, but I'd rather have the diversion of my Adobe programs ceased.

If you bought the $400 program version, you may reinstall and reactivate using the Adobe Id allowing you to purchase initially. Who will be the id registered with the activation info and may be different from your CC ID

  I would say before the reinstallation of your disks running the cleanup tool: use the Adobe Creative cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems if you still have problems after cleaning/uninstall/reinstall, you will probably need to contact Adobe directly: contact customer service
