  Sorry to hear that it still does not, from what you mentioned above in your post, it seems that there is a program on your machine that gives you this trouble.

  I recommend temporarily disabling your firewall system.

  Completely turn off your security program/antivirus and your internet security module installed on your browser as well.

I just got my pc to the top and the race and now I can not use the 30 day trial on this pc more.   Customer support should tell you that you are unable to run the trial version after making substantial changes to your computer, such as resetting the clock. You cannot run the trial version on this computer again. If you have another computer (a laptop, for example), you can run it there. Alternatively, you can wait until the next version of Dreamweaver is released. You should be able to run the test from a different version.

  No announcement has been made on a new version of Dreamweaver, but it's almost a year since the last major version, so it might be pretty quickly.

  Creative products of cloud is not the serial numbers.  You enable product Cloud by logging in with your Adobe ID and password.
