Trial version not work - t - it needs &; quot; My Documents &; quot;?
Hello worldI am currently evaluate the trial version with a view to buy for my place of work (not for profit public health service). On my computer at home, the product installed and works perfectly. However I installed it on two computers at work. The two seem to install fine with no error message whenever I try to launch Captivate, after that choose Run as a trial and clicking on continue it just doesn't work.
The only reason I can think is "my documents" to points of work to a network drive and I read only only permissions at the root of it (permissions for some total subfolders, however). My question is "fact Captivate needs full access to the my Docs to properly install folder? I tend to remember that there is a folder called My Captivate or something that he wrote to this place.

PS if not is there any other ideas as to why it does not work? I have uninstalled/reinstalled.
The answer is certainly 'YES '. I had to get the COMPUTER consultants that allows the company to create a 'my Adobe Captivate projects' under 'My Documents' folder, then it worked fine.
It would be nice if Adobe actually gave the user the option where she wants this file created. It could default to "My Documents" if they want to, but might allow a user to designate a different folder if necessary. Have the same problem with Adobe Bridge, which is really annoying. Aplumb. thanks for your time.

Perform the following methods and check:

I suggest you to check if you are able to access Windows Update service and ensure that the following services are started. If it is not started, follow these steps:

Purchase DVD LR6 Adorama, but Setup does not connect to the internet so that I can record. Internet works fine. I have Adobe account.
I went to Safari to Chrome and downloaded the trial version in the hope to bypass the DVD version, but I can't get the program to start. I get the same message that I should connect to the internet and connect. It seems impossible after 3 hours. Spent an hour chatting with the support of the India.

First elements 11 trial does not work
Downloaded trial version, but it won't work. Have you tried the chat pod help without success. From the opening screen Organizer works and works ok. Video editor does not work for existing projects or new projects. The mobile bar Scrolls for about 120 seconds, then stops and nothing happens. Still trying to get this program to work... Do not know if this will raise any more light on the subject, there is an Adobe file with a single folder inside - Adobe Prime Minister 11 items in the program files folder.
There is a folder of Adobe with Photoshop elements 11, Player 10 and 11 drive, flash drive, organizing of 11 items, five records in the ProgramFiles (x 86) folder.
If I understand the x 86 file is those that run 32-bit. As the organizer and the elements work well I tried to copy the elements of Prime Minister in the x 86 with lime as a long shot, but again, it didn't work.
In Task Manager processes QT32 SERVER. EXE appears briefly and then disappears when you try to open the video editor.

I made the mistake to disable all my USB ports in the device (Windows XP Home Edition) my mouse Manager and the keyboard works not because they are connected through USB ports. - Do you use your laptop or desktop computer?
Check if keyboard works in basic input/output system (BIOS), if it works, then you will need to enable USB port from there.
You will need to contact the manufacturer of the computer to aid in the basic input/output system (BIOS).
If this does not help then you need to connect PS\2 mouse and activate later all USB ports on the computer.
Important: Change (CMOS) BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

I just got a USB SanDisk's Cruzer Glide Flash drive that does not work with my PC under Windows 8. Will I need to go to the Web of SanDisk site to download the drivers for my PC will be compatible with the flash player? It is said that it is Compatible with Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP, because it does not appear to be compatible with Windows 8 what should I do?

Either way, it was the evaluation version of the security of the software that came with it since I bought it just 3 days ago. So I have all the disks for the software.

OK, when I clicked to read it, I got a pop up saying: Windows Media player is not installed correctly and must be reinstalled. You want to install the Player from the Microsoft Website? I clicked Yes and got this response: the Application or DLL C:\Windows\system32\dbghelp.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.
