• Sudden CPU hogging + cannot delete files on the desktop

Another question that occur almost at the same time, it's that I noticed my cpu (Athlon II x 4 @2. 8 GHz) has been constantly in use about 60% (on all 4 cores). For comparison in normal operation, running a demanding application such as Call of Duty 4 game uses as much (~ 60% I checked) resource CPU. Before that, when I check my cpu just after startup, it uses 0-2% now after starting, using 50-75% CONSTANTLY immediately even during moments of rest. When I check the process, a call app "dllhost.exe alias COM Surrogate" has listed 25 under CPU constantly while all other open processes are considered to be 00 or 01 under the same parameter. I tried ending the process both the process of the "dllhost.exe" tree, but it starts immediately with the same listed 25 under CPU and my CPU resource still used up to about 60%. This is all very curious because they all seems to happen at the same time and without precursor of actions/mistakes. Someone help me please to solve these problems or at least let me know what could possibly cause these symptoms.

  Try using the tool (SFC.exe) System File Checker to check and repair corrupt system files.  To do this, follow these steps:
