"You probably need to reset the library to get rid of the files in the library. Note firstly reset the library will make you lose all play counts and ratings too. Then, follow these steps:
-Restart the PC.
-Click Start, type services.msc in the search field and press ENTER. In Services, locate the Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service . If its status is started , double-click the service, and then click stop .
-Click Start, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft in the search field and press ENTER. This folder opens in Windows Explorer.
-In this folder, rename the folder Media Player as Old Media Player . If you do not see the folder, then it is probably hidden. Set Explorer to view the hidden files and folders and show protected system files.

May I know if all PDF files are open to specific 153% or some files?
Let's try this:
Open Adobe Reader application
Go in Edition > Preferences > accessibility
Uncheck the option "Always use the Zoom setting" under the component "substitute the Page Display.
Then go to the Page display
Select 100% for the Zoom drop-down list in option at the top
then click OK
Check if the PDF files open to 100%. If this isn't the case, then please share a PDF file.
