  Hi - I need to install Adobe Creative Suite 5 Design Premium on a new computer with no disk drive.

  • I have the installation disc (and serial number)
  • This is the site that you're headed to in order to download the software online (with your serial number).
  • The site allow me to download "DesignPremium_CS5_LS1.dmg" on my desktop.
  • When I click on the .dmg file, I get this message: the following disk images could not be opened, reason: unrecognized image.

  (I keep also find tips to download a free trial of CS5 and then use my serial no to convert to freehold.) But no matter what link that says 'Download' CS5' takes you through a maze that always lands you on CS6 information.)

  If so, your dmg file is probably corrupt or incomplete.  Check the size of the file against the listed file size.

  I had to create a new HDD with Apple on my iMac, as it was corrupted and now need to reinstall my version of disc of creative suite design premium 5 in order to access the work. It of the same Mac but think Apple has given me original serial number will not work because they have not been decommissioned on my corrupted hard push first that I couldn't access it.   Hey.  I need help.  I got a new imac so I was transferring all my information from my old macbook pro to the new (took 40 plus hours!).  I'll edit some pictures and when I go to open some there is an error message saying "fatal error - missing components."  So I think I should just uninstall and reinstall all my programs creative suites 4 and reinstal them.  But when I go into Photoshop one and uninstall it, it says that there is an error in startup and cannot because of missing files.  What should I do to fix that?  And I'm tired opening Illustrator files too and same thing.
