  check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)

  We have an instance of clone TEST taken instance PROD.

  For our Production, we have:

  > appprod - level apps

  > oraprod - db level

  Then we cloned TEST such as:

  > apptest - level apps

  > oratest - db level

  Then we applied many fixes on test for validation or 'tests '.

  Now after 6 months, we need current data production to simulate past editions. So I restore rman PROD sauvegardΘ on UAT data so the data are now more recent.

  But I do not to reclone level apps (apptest) so the patches will be still intact.

  Is this a correct process? The database has been modified, but the apps layer was always the same?

  So far, we have 3 errors

  Refreshing Apps also PROD level now? or is it the old application layer on which you run just autoconfig?

• Issues related to running applications after installation using a package created with CC Packager

  I am a technician in the field with a school district in Idaho. We just moved to Windows 10 this year, deploy us through SCCM. For the first time this year one of my schools chose to share the cost of a site license for the creative cloud. The license of the company is owned by a company called the OETC. The problems come after installing the suite on a local computer using a building package that I created with CC package. Programs install fine and I can run them without any problems, I have administrator rights. For reasons of network security and security that we do not generally allow access to C: drive by students, (more restrictive) and staff, (less restrictive but still limited), it seems that the software more, we need to package will not work under these restrictions. for example:

  • First pro is used by a teacher and students enrolled in a course of video journalism. The teacher has a network of only to peer support that it maintains separate districts. I gave him a copy of the version to install, and it gets an error when it runs, indicating that a .dll file is missing the exact message is:

    • This program cannot start because API-MS-Win-CRT-Runtime-L1-1-0.dll is missing on your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Sound computer is
      using Windows 7 and the browser is IE 9. He tried to upgrade to IE 10 and 11, and he wouldn't.

  • I have a staff of security so that would like to use first pro to stream video of cameras throughout the school in support of disciplinary matters. When they run the program starts to open, then everything stops. I actually did him a member of the local administrator group, which made no difference, I also had him create an Adobe ID, so all the identifications with the Adobe servers should work.

  Another scenario with a group of students and their teacher in a digital photography class is when you use the room light, they are allowed to save catalogs on the C: drive. the only space that they ae allowed to write to is their own office.

  These problems are fixable? Can I access the .dll missing? Can save us a space of one drive for students or at least a network drive?

  Dear Adobe,

  On June 24 I will present a few mobile applications that we have developed using Captivate / Captivate App Packager for a working group discussed the implementation of mobile applications in the centre of England's health National Service.

  I would tell you to please if I have to tell them:

  (a) this route is now viable, offering an opportunity for fast development of affordable applications by non-programers.

  OR...

  (b) adobe do not really take this path and doesn't seem to work on bugs such as:

  • A broadband empty at the bottom of the Windows Phone 8 screens
  • Any possible noise in Android

  If someone stumbles across this post looking for information on package App or PhoneGap Build Manager, here are my findings:

  I'm no longer contracts accepts or the customer requests to use this approach to package Captivate learning released as standalone applications mobile. and I advise everyone to do the same.  The feature is, at best, in version beta and is entirely unsupported by Captivate or PhoneGap Build.  Very few people on the forums of Captivate is use it either, you'll be lucky to get a peer support.  Captivate App Packager and PhoneGap Build teams have nothing to do with the other.  By all means, have a look out of curiosity or for clearing, but DO NOT rely on it for any kind of paid work, or bad let you down and left will look stupid.

• How to make the Extension Panel Compateble with first Pro CC

  We use to make our Extension for first pro CS6 Flash builder 4.6 applications and Extension builder 2.0 Panel and they work very well.

  Now we must extend this facility for first pro app CC, we tested these Panel previously in first CC pro about a month ago and it worked very well in the CC of Premiere pro. But now, we have tried to install our extension (.zxp) on different machines which is having the last first Pro CC inside, the Panel shows that one in the CC Adobe Extension Manager installed, but in the Extension menu, we are not able to see our panel.

  Can someone help us with what can be the problem?

  We downloaded Extension builder 2.1 test also but it only an exe file and installed in my machine which did not make any difference.

  Is it possible to do a Panel extension that will work well in first Pro CC using the Flash builder 4.6 and Extension builder 2.0 or should change us our development environment?

  You may need to adjust you the host Version entry in the:

  Version of the host = "[6.0,7.9]".

  This will ensure that this Panel charge you in all 6.X and 7.X versions first. You can also have the following entry:

  Version of the host = "6.0".

  which means that the Group of experts will be responsible in all versions of creation from 6.0

  I also recommend the suggestion of Hallgrímur use EB 2.1 to ensure that you sign your extension correctly as part of the export process.
