  My problem was the unresolved question (that means third-party programs are not the problem?) so I was wondering how I can fix the problem.   In this thread the poster informed origin as "haali splitter" caused the problem. Looks like some programs non-Microsoft is the origin of the problem. We recommend that you check if a non-Microsoft program is the cause on your computer.

  To do this, try the following steps:

You should check your steps on. set install to the top of the jar, add it to the project lib reference and use "/ adf/images / ' as the value of the icon.
