Try to install CS 5.5 on a newer computer (Windows 7) and it says "Please restart computer.". Reboot didn't solve anything

I try to install CS 5.5 on a newer computer and every time that I go through the installation serial number is good (green check, etc.), but then when I perform the installation, told me "Please restart computer.» No error number is just "Please restart." After the restart of 5 or 6 times, I realized that there must be a deeper problem. I made a fundamental mistake (I forgot to disable the serial #) so I returned the original unit and, interestingly, when I reinstalled InD CS5.5 on the old computer, there was no incident. He then proceeds to operate normally and open very well, I disabled the serial # and returned to the new computer. After you install and try again once I got the same message "Please restart computer.".

It's a license to install several and I put this program on a laptop Win7 (pro) before using the same serial number and had no problems. Now I'm on an Asus desktop running Win7 (at home) and I meet it, you can restart the problem. What is an OS problem? Any ideas of what to try?

Thank you all, I hope that someone can help you.

I think that you need to clean this machine before you try again, then run the cleanup tool (CS for installation problems cleaning tool |) CCM, CS6, CS5.5, CS5, CS4, CS3), and then run MSconfig and disable all non-essential startup programs before attempting to install again.

Also, make sure that javascript is enabled. On the start menu, choose Run, and then in the command field type regsvr32 jscript.dll and press ENTER. You should get a confirmation.
