Hello - I leave my lapse of subscription in two days and I've updated payment information this morning. Why do I get an edict saying it will take up to 24 hours to reflect on my account? I need to use these services today, why the holdup? Thank you

I have problems with the update payment information

Impossible to update payment information
I need to update my payment information in order to continue to pay my package CC Adobe, but whenever I click on the 'save' button to save the details, nothing happens, as if the button does not work. I refresh the page and try again, the details are still not up-to-date and the process repeats. I enter my details but the Save button doesn't work. It has been a few days now and I lose not my CC from Adobe.
Everyone knows about this or is it just me? Is it possible that I can update this information over the phone, or if someone can solve this problem with the site?

Maybe try in a private window (Google Chrome) or private tab (Mozilla Firefox).

My subscription Creative Cloud amounts and the teacher would not be repeated even after update to payment information. I tried many times in the past two months, updating credit card information and I was never renewed. Subscription keeps saying expired beyond the 24 hour mark it says it will take. I have double and triple checked the information of credit card and have recorded several times. I also never get an e-mail confirmation or an e-mail saying that he had a problem. It is also very frustrating that it doesn't seem to be a customer service number to call especially for customers who have paid for the subscription of creative cloud. Help, please!

I just spent another 45 minutes of my life, lost on the with the India tech support chat. This will be the fifth time in a month. I tried to update my credit/payment card information and can not. ongoing support to tell me to contact my bank when it is adobe who is all messed up system. When I log into my account I see my old expired bank card number. When I update, I see my another debit card expired that was lost and replaced. and it does not update the credit card to my current card number recently replaced. Now my account is in test mode and will probably expire. I have no other method of payment so I'll probably have to go back using Quark Xpress, Corel Draw and everything I can find who's going to let me do the work. After 20 minutes of ranting to the collaborator of cat bad support, he finally gave me the number support North American in California. But alas, it's the end of the week and beyond their sunset to the West Coast so I'm stuck to wait until Monday.

I used to have Photoshop and Illustrator on my old computer. I stopped using this computer and bought a new one. I logged into my Adobe account and tried to download the Plan you have for $39.99, which gets you all the programs, but it took me to a page that says that I have an account and I need to update my payment method. My old credit card information are on point or has expired and Im trying to update the site, but it does not for me. I need to fix this before October 30 or my membership will be cancelled. It seems with all the threads on this problem that adobe really needs to look at how their site is structured and secure it. I tried calling and chatting with customers and they didn't not help me at all, partly because they were Indians and did not fully understand my problem. It's extremely frustrating. Cannot modify payment information
I need to change my credit card details. I understand how I'm supposed to do, but when I try to click on the "Save" button after you have entered the new details about the update payment information screen, the button does not respond. Only the button 'Cancel' answers (and, of course, the information that I entered is lost.
Look elsewhere on the forum, this seems to be a common problem. An Adobe representative can answer this? (The only phone number I can find support is an American number. I am in the United Kingdom and do not want to spend an indefinite period of time on an international call! )
Thanks for the reply. However, I had already run through the troubleshooting process.
I solved the problem by now, and in the case where it is beneficial for other users who have the problem, I'll describe the bizarre steps that worked:
- When I entered the credit card as a continuous string of 16 digits, the 'Save' button is inactive, but there was no warning that there was a problem with how I enter the card number.
- I then inserted hyphens to separate the 16-digit credit card number in four groups of 4 digits (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). This caused the button 'Save' become active, but when I left clicked, an error message indicates that the map was not correct 'type'.
- Then, I removed the dashes in the number (so to restore the way in which I had first entry number). The 'Save' button remained active, but this time, when I left clicked it, the number of the card has been accepted.
I suspect that a lot of people will think that this can happen - that I made a keying error in my credit card number-, but this is absolutely not the case. I had tried several times to enter the details, using 3 different browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera) with 2 different operating systems (Windows XP and Windows 7). The result was the same each time.
It remains to be seen if Adobe will recognize and do something, this Kafkaesque programming bug.

Empty the browser cache and cookies. Empty folder Temp of the user, and then try again.
