  I suggest you try to install the drivers for Windows 7 in compatibility mode and check if it works for you. I saw this troubleshooting procedure described working for other members of the community.

  When you save the data to an external hard drive, have you tried "scenario 2: BitLocker Drive encryption is activated'? '"

  • Check now if your camera is to 9.1 or higher
    • Devices supported by Adobe Camera Raw
  • If requires 9.2 or later, then you should switch to PS CC or use the dng converter

Click the NVidia or ATI and open Center Control Panel. Look carefully at the options and you should see an option for "rotate screen". Click on it and press the appropriate option to rotate the screen in an upright position.
