  Just upgraded to Acrobat DC for Mac OS. One of the dozens of boring news is the inability to hide the toolbar, everytime I open a new PDF. It's like a cockroach. It is quite easy to close by clicking on the arrow in the thumbnail. Or go to the view menu. But it is huge and I would prefer not to show every time that I open a PDF file. I've went into preferences and activated restore view settings when a framework. Open a PDF file, close the sidebar, Save, Quit, re - open the same PDF, and that is it, the toolbar again.

  I don't want to see this annoying Sidebar, until I really want to see it. Make them disappear.

When I create and/or launch a pdf file I am unable to stop the 'tools' to also launch - pane "" they think I am unable to find said 'tool pane', then 'they' put up as a characteristic defect - SOMETHING I don't care for...

  This issue has already been resolved in July day of hide the tools Panel in Acrobat and Acrobat Reader DC at all times.

  Make sure you Acrobat Reader DC at day & your restart your system after changing the settings.

  what I see in the screenshot... It seems that u don't PIN the toolbar on the screen...
  So if you need to make it appear again try either hovering on it (it is sometimes so difficult if you have not installed the vmware tools) or exit full screen mode and try another option to display and the spindle of the tool bar in this...

  But impossible to totally remove this thin strip off the screen...

  For vmware tools... guest what operating system u use... ? ! ? !

I really hope it's just a matter of time before it works every day bc, I use this toolbar and perhaps unfortunately will have to switch to IE to use it.

  You can contact the developer of this toolbar and ask them to update the toolbar for the newer versions of Firefox. The latest version of Firefox it was compatible with was versions of Firefox 3.6.x.
