  I tried every solution workaround mentioned in web pages troubleshooting, all to nothing does not. Either by the way, I also version CS6 of Photoshop and Illustrator, and they both work perfectly. I have to hard restart my computer everytime I try to launch programs of theses. I tested also with all the equipment and found no problems. If the CC versions are not compatible with my computer, I'll be forced to cancel my subscription. Any help would be appreciated gratefully.

  El capitan sank my already very usable macbook pro 13 "! EACH application is slowed until almost uselessness, takes almost five minutes to wake up to the top/connect to wifi after sleep, a lot of problems with playback of streaming audio and audio itunes, making my virtually inaccessible whole itunes library. Stuck in the date and time, just a general nightmare.

  A took 15 minutes to open safari and two tabs, more than an hour to open chrome, imovie has spent more than 12 hours to load a video from my phone, and then frozen.

• Computer slows way down after trying to open internet explorer, then will not be closed.

  I look through the posts and have not found someone who had my same problem still. I hope someone can help me. A few weeks ago, I bought a new gateway laptop and it has Windows 7. It works great until a few days ago. Day before yesterday, I tried to open Internet Explorer 8 and I just got a white screen with the border of IE, but it did not open a page or anything like that. I opened the Task Manager and allows to close the IE. I had that happen in the past (in XP) when I tried to open internet until the computer is carried out all the stuff at the start of the loading. Thinking that was the problem, I tried to open IE again. This time I just got the little thing of circle of rotation for a few seconds, as he was trying to do something, but nothing happened. I checked the process and it is said there are CPU usage 0. However, he acts like something using all the memory. My next step was to remove the battery.   ·         As the problem does not occur in safe mode, try to start the computer to the boot in order to check if any third-party application is causing the problem. To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

  Steps to perform the clean boot and check if you have the problem.

  i. Click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

  II. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

  III. in the general tab, click Selective startup.

  IV. under Selective startup, clear the Load Startup items check box.

  v. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click disable all.

  VI. click OK.

  VII. When you are prompted, click restart.

  VIII. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

  Reset the computer to start as usual

  When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

  i. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the start search box and press ENTER.

  III. on the general tab, click the Normal startup option and then click OK.

  IV. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click restart.

  Since it's Windows 7, look under the section: fix it myself (since the "Fix it for me" part is Win Vista only)

  I don't know what you see or what generates error messages.

  Firefox 10.0.1 should run on Windows XP, I have it running on an XP. I guess that the error message comes from a site/file Firefox tries to open or some plugin that you normally use with Firefox. You can try to confirm exactly what is the full message and it generates.

  Maybe if you attach a screenshot of the message it would be useful to clarify what's happening...

  Please specify what equipment you're talking about - you have posted in forum iMac; your signature says you have a Mac Pro, which is a desktop computer. Are you talking to a Macbook Pro?
