  Follow the steps below to disable text to speech in Windows Vista.

  (a) go to the section on your main screen where you see the time displayed.

  The problem I have is that when I opened this file only, it starts to load and then stops and the cursor turns just. I tried to let it go overnight and in the morning it still turns. all other functions of Photoshop are locked and I have to use ctrl alt delete to get out of photoshop. other files open very well so I wonder if this file is corrupted or not.

  I think that there is a corruption in the file that's happened to the file while recording.

  My suggestion would be to try to open a new file and try to put the corurupted file in the new file.

  I'm trying to fix an old imac (2008), 20 ", the mac crashed hard drive so I installed an SSD and tried to use the start switch to start on my yosemite bootable installation usb. When I try this, start pressing the option key, rather than see the start selector I see only a white screen with the black pointer. I tried to start another mac to this usb port, and it worked well. No one knows why this happens?

  You are using a wired keyboard connected directly to the back of the iMac? If this isn't the case, you could try that.

  Hi I'm creating animation frame by frame in photoshop.

  I import photoshop files into flash using

  FILE > IMPORT > IMPORT TO STAGE

  I used to be able to preview or 'test line' my movie easily by clicking on:

  FILE > PUBLISH PREVIEW > FLASH

  I could watch the animation in a loop and see where improvements are needed. Now, flash struggles a lot with the files, takes a long time to load the preview, when that happens, it shows me maybe a third of the animation, running on empty and behaves as if all my frames are completely empty. I can't see on my main work no more later.

  Anyone know what is happening? I keep restarting flash but the same problem persists.

  It's more 100megs of images, then you are probably hitting a limit of flash cs5/system.

  are you using a channel alpha and overlay of some of these pictures on another?

  I've never used Adobe, please bare with me. I have an image that has an object (a tree), I would like to extract and insert it into a different document. I spent a lot of time to clear the surrounding area of the photo to see it become white. I want to have nothing more than the tree. No white background or whatever it is. I know that this may be a very simple task, but as I said, I'm a newbie. Help, please!

  I have PSEv.8.

  I used the brush selection (A) tool that has worked well. After the selection is made (the "mobile dash" have been around the whole tree), I went to layer > new > layer by copying. This put the tree on its own layer.

  There were a couple of areas I've airbrushed with the Eraser tool. The checkerboard pattern indicates the transparency.

  I have a symbol (mySym) on my scene. the initial state is hidden.

  If I give the word:

  SYM.$('mySym'). Show();

  nothing happens. If I do the same spirit a component on the stage:

  SYM.$('myElement'). Show();

  It works well. If I use

  sym.getSymbol)

  This is the same behavior. Are there differences between a symbol and an element?

  Solved the Riddle by myself. I'll leave the answer to others:

  There is no difference! It worked fine, but I have an animation in my symbol and triggered incorrectly.

  I tried with:

  SYM.$('mySym'). Play();

  and it has not worked for play();

  I have to use:

  sym.getSymbol('mySym').play ();

  to trigger the chronology. Now, everything's fine.
