  So, I had already seen suggestions Thomas' (thanks Thomas) and that they had not worked until I tried a new today. So, here are some suggestions and step by step what I did.

  1. ensure that the add-on has been downloaded. If it is not on your computer, it won't ever settle. After trying the suggested means to install, I did a search for finder to '.zxp', which is the extension of the Add-ons. I found a few, but none that were recent. After restarting my computer and retry the acquisition process, I then found "WatermarkCCEnglish_1_0_4.zxp", which is the name of the file Add on.

  It was not always installed, but at least it was on my computer.

  2 - If you find the file, but it has not been installed, take one of suggestions and download a third party installer Thomas'. I went on: http://zxpinstaller.com and downloaded and installed ZXP Installer.

  3 - I then double click install ZXP which runs and opens a window that says: "drag a ZXP file or click here to select a file." I then dragged "WatermarkCCEnglish_1_0_4.zxp" on this window, and it seemed to work.

  4. I restarted Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 and, as it should, I found the extension by going to: window > Extensions > CC watermark and it works very well. Very nice work Thomas!

  So, my basic advice, make sure that you have downloaded the file on your computer. Uninstalling, restarting my computer and acquire once again, this is what worked for me. Who should install it as well, but if she does not seek third party installer.

  First of all, you seem to be under the misconception that a response is a response. On ths forum, an answer is an answer if it solves your problem. In this case I clearly have not solved your problem, and you should review my answers to "uncheck" them.

  IE6 does not work with this forum, and forum owners do not seem to appreciate how much of a problem, it's for people to re-setup of XP. I doubt they'll do something, even if they are aware of this gap.

  Go to your real problem, you can try Microsoft's solution for the HP patch...
