Turn off Smartphones blackBerry SurePress

I want physics clicking is large sometimes but is a hindrance to my ability to type quickly. Is it possible, via an application or update etc, so that you simply have to "press on" without "clicking" top?

Thank you

Laughing out loud
but you can find applications that rely on touch and not clicking. Like the game of "Solytaire".

  • Turn off Smartphones blackBerry Blackberry Desktop coming at startup

Having just installed the new software, Blackberry Desktop turns on whenever I start my PC. I got this off before, but cannot find the settings to make again. Probably only connect once per week, so no need for software to load every time I start the PC.

    Val

Just go to the folder 'Start Up', do a right-click on the Blackberry icon and remove.  This prevents the program to open on start up and will not affect the program in any other way.

  • BlackBerry smartphones turn off the Blackberry "BOLD"

OK, I know this sounds stupid, but what is the correct procedure to turn off and restart the Blackberry "BOLD"? I hav tried holding in the key power, I get the stop message, press any key to cancel, I leave it alone and the backlight turns off, left alone for 10 minutes and then press the Power button again and the phone comes to life instantly, with the phone in the same position as when I wanted it off, i.e. it looks like it's just in mode 'sleep' as it is consumed in less than a second. I resorted to the battery, but it becomes laborious. And I cannot locate the info in the manual, it says just press the switch! I have also tried holding down until it seems to power off, but alas he always goes in mode 'sleep', please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    Please mark the thread solved.

  • Memory card blackBerry Smartphones keeps turning off my blackberry...

my memory card was functioning normally (SanDisk) until yesterday when it started to turn off my bb and any other bb when I place in them... I don't want to lose the my data plz help!

I even used memory card reader nd itt ddnt work...

    Hello

To diagnose correctly, follow these steps:

    (1) Insert your card in identical property and known (as it is 100% certain that he can read a card BB) BB... see what happens.

    (2) insert a well-known (as it is already formatted to and useful in a same BB) media in your BB card... see what happens.

You already point is just 1... According to me but point 2 will give the final decision as to whether it's your card or your BB that went wrong. From what you say, it looks like your press card.

It also seems that you already have the next thing... using a card on a PC reader. Therefore, it is likely that all is already lost. You can try various recovery tools, but those who are usually much less success with memory devices traditional FLASH with magnetic disk drives.

As with all things in the category "backup", it's a good idea to copy your media to your PC card whenever attach you it. Of course, it is something that must be done before the problem arises.

    Good luck!

  • BlackBerry smartphones turn off AutoComplete by SurePress keyboard?

    Hello.

I hate all the keyboards each function AutoComplete. I could not find, how do I disable the AutoComplete keuyboard SurePress feature.

I like the SurePrees keyboard, but AutoComplete makes me crazy. I would like to use it as a normal keyboard. How can I do it please?

    RobertP says:

I don't really understand the overall logic of the SureType keyboard.

Well, it's the only reason for your lack of understanding. SureType is all about to predict what you want to type. It is supposed to be a special feature reserved for a limited number of models in the world (Pearl, Pearl 2, Storm and Storm 2). Of course, you can choose not not to use this feature.

    RobertP says:
Why it can not have the same behavior as the keyboard of the typical phone where I can choose by pressing a key for the second character of the second?

This is possible, just set your camera for that.

Home screen > options > screen/keyboard > keyboard in Portrait mode.

You can choose three options: full keyboard, SureType, multi-tap.

Multi-tap, that's what you seem to want.

  • Turn off the blackBerry blackberry bold 9900 screen Smartphones

    Hi all

I had a blackberry bold 9900. It's a good phone, but the touchscreen trouble me.

Can you explain to me how can I disable tactil on my screen of my blackerry bold 9900. I would use my phone with my keyboard, my fingers are too big for the lastest technology tactil...

    Thanks guys and best regards

The only thing I think would be physically unplug the cable, however, the device does not work properly because there was not enough load on the circuit, and some components would not work correctly I believe because I broke a BB bolding 9930 keyboard flex cable and the device got so hot and closed off the coast until I changed the keyboard. I think the 99xx is designed to be perfectly balanced wise tension and no component could not be disconnected because of this.

  • Turn off the blackBerry smartphone Bold 9000 password?

I made the mistake of turning on the password on my 9000 "BOLD" last week.  It took a weekend to decide the security is not worth the pain it causes trying to use my phone for simple tasks.

So I went back to tools-> Options-> Security Options system and tried disabling "Content Protection."  Activation of this feature, that's what works the password in the first place then it seemed a logical way to Undo my mistake. No luck.

Can someone give me a hand with this?  My "BOLD" is not defined on any company BES server that I know.

Options > Security > General settings.

According to the release of the OS you're on (you don't say), it might be Options > password.

What is your operating system loaded on your device?
Look at the Options > about, third line down, starting with a 'v.4.xxx '.
    What is yours?

  • BlackBerry 10 functions and features can not turn off my Blackberry Protect z10 after changing the password ID.

My wife's phone was last updated the operating system more recent 10.3.2. I then tried to access a service and found when he asked for the Blackberry ID, we had forgotten the issue of password and user. Then I deleted the ID and set up a new. I can connect to the new identification, but he cannot confirm on the z10. Then I thought to wipe the z10 back to factory setting. However; the z10 shows that BB Protect is enabled and we cannot turn it off using the passwords that we try.

I have logged on to the site of BB Protect and found there is no device associated with this Userid. Also, I find the screen for the current user ID name using our existing email address differs from the one showing on the screen z10 Blackberry ID. name I tried to change the screen name and password on the ID to be similar to the z10 site but it will not accept it.

So now I'm unable to wipe the z10, or change the ID info to make it usable when required. I also noticed, online, there are instructions for the new OS 10.3.2 informing us that no wiping ability to Protect is disabled. There is no instructions on how to so that when a problem arises like mine.

    Help, please.

I searched for a solution and I finally found one that works. It was posted by asokhay about a week ago and is as follows:

    "I found the solution!

I connected my passport for Blackberry link and clicked on "back up and restore" in the left navigation tab. Then I clicked on Factory Reset. He asked me to unplug the unit and when I did the wipe of security has started to happen. "

This works, however when I wipe the phone it took about 30 minutes. By reading this forum I found that some wipes can take several hours to complete depending on the amount of material is on the cell phone.  As I could not ' t register anything before this wipe I have to start over from the beginning. " Fortunately my wife added very little to the phone, such as applications or photos.

  • BlackBerry Smartphones battery discharge when it is turned off

    Hello!

Since I've updated my device software I encounter the following problem.

Whenever I turn off my BlackBerry (8310) it seems to be disabled. However when I want to turn it back on (the more often in the morning), it appears to be dead. When I plug it into the wall to recharge, the battery symbol lights up. This obviously means that the battery was completely dead.

    Can someone help me?

    Thank you very much!

    Patrick.

The battery of the device doesn't have energy for a reasonable period.

Patrick, I would certainly consider the replacement of the battery with a new one.

How can I turn off my blackberry ID account?

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

Disable? Hmmm... I'm not sure that there is a way to do it. Just stop using it. The system is secure, if only someone with credentials can use it.

If you want to completely uninstall, then find the original 'welcome' email you received when you created. In this email there is a link to destroy your BB ID use it.

    Good luck!
