  • How to turn on the Microphone that is disable Windows thorugh settings?

Original title: problem with the microphone

    Hello :D

First of all, my microphone is NOT 'disabled '.  I went to settings sound and Device Manager, everything is fine, no annoying exclamations, nada!  AND the microphone IS "enabled".  It is also connected to a worksheet. :) Com ports are working, too.  No IRQ problem to report.

The other night my husband and I were talking about how hackers can turn on microphones and video cameras.  Exceptional hubby showed me another way (outside the standard enabled) to turn off the microphone so that he - can't - be turned on by a pirate.  It's something in the settings of the Windows software and pretty much took the microphone out of my loop of material. * sighs *.

My sweet husband is now out of town, to the secret... and I have homework due.

    Please help if you can.

If you made it this far,

  • Satellite C650-197 built into the Microphone and Jacks does not

As the title, I tried to use the microphone that comes built-in on this model (Web camera VGA integrated with built-in microphone) and found his does not work. I tried to plug in an external microphone via the microphone jack and still no registration.
I can't seem to find the drivers for the integrated or plug anywhere.

    Any ideas?

    Hello

    > I can't can't find the drivers for the integrated or plug anywhere.
This drivers don t exist. The sound card driver controls everything.
I think you should first start the webcam software and should test the microphone because the internal MIC is part of the webcam.
Webcam software provides a tab; settings and properties. In one of these tabs, you will find settings for the audio.
Here, you can increase the volume of the microphone and was able to record a small audio session.

In addition I recommend the settings in Control Panel-> sound.
Make sure the microphone volume is set to maximum. Don't forget to check the hidden devices and disabled it there...

My readers Optiarc DVD - RW AD-7530 ATA Device DVD/CD-ROM & the Bison Webcam built into my laptop. Does not work after I upgraded from Vista home premium to Windows 7 Home premium.
Although of course, the CD-ROM drive worked during the upgrade.
I noticed that when I turn firstly on the laptop, the last two lines of the front entry from Windows 7 are the following.
PXE - E6i:Media Test Failure, Check Cable
PXE - MOF: Exit PXE Rom
During the audit of each Properties in Device Manager devices", I learned that they both work correctly.  In the list in the printers and the @Devices the only Webcam shown is also a "USB 2.0 Camera"
    Can someone help me please?
    Best regards

    Besides what abdelhak says:

The message of PXE boot that you receive when you start your computer has nothing to do with your CD/DVD-Rom drive. Your computer uses a PXE boot method to attempt to load Windows from a location on your network. Since you do not have this configuration, it is safe to ignore it. If it slows down the startup time of your system, contact your manufacturer and ask them for instructions on how to "disable PXE Network Boot of the BIOS.

  • How do I know all of origin built into my HP HW?

I have a HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook, PN FV807EA #UUW. I installed a new operating system: Windows7 Ultimate, I had a lot of trouble with the previous version (a HP service person installed a beta version of the operating system by mistake and I learned that after the warranty period was over and suddenly, I received a message from Microsoft that my OS was not authentic, obviously) Since the expiration date for the beta have been exhausted). In any case, I was forced to buy a genuine license key. Having solved this problem, I always find myself with two chronic problems, I was faced with months:

    1. Windows Explorer crashes whenever I try to access the C: drive

    2. the display devices and printers freezes at about 90% loading and I do not see the devices that I installed.

I have looked through many forums and followed all the advice for these two problems, does not. So I decided to clean install the OS from scratch. I have all my data in external drives, it's not a problem. I know also that all applications that I installed and you can re - install. What worries me is the drivers for all SW and HW that has been built into my laptop. How do I know not even what's there and how I re - install the ones so my computer works as it should? Simply install tune will do?

    Hello:

You published the serial number, not the number of products. Please edit your message and remove the serial number.

The part number is the other number on the label.

Which enter in the box below.

    http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/siteHome?lc=en&DLC=en&cc=us

You should now be presented with the specific model of your dv7 number. On the right side of the page is a link marked information product. A click on it. There should be a link called the specifications. A click on it. Now you should be presented with a list of all hardware and software installed on your PC model.

Don't forget that there is an order in which to install the drivers for best results. Reboot after installing each of the 3.

    1 chipset

    2 graphics card

    audio 3

    4 network.

    Something else

If you are missing devices, rather than install drivers willy nilly, hoping one of them will do the trick (for example for the wireless network card, as it might be one of several models on your computer), simply click on each devices that need drivers in Device Manager.

Then click on the Details tab. In the property drop-down list, select the second element (Hardware ID). After the first string of characters you see in the window.

Those who are of the type and model of the device ID and that makes it much easier to find the correct drivers for them.

How to turn off the microphone for sony hdr-pj260v

    Hi dstrakal,

Option to disable the built-in microphone is not available in the camcorder. However, the camcorder has an input jack to connect an external microphone, there are two possible solutions for this:

    1. Connect a microphone with a switch ON / OFF the microphone on the camcorder decision-making. Then, set the switch to the external microphone to the OFF position. This will disable the microphone on the camcorder.

    2. Connect a dummy stereo mini plug to the microphone on the camcorder Jack.

  • I had this problem for a few days now, everytime I turn on my computer, it immediately goes into recovery.

OK, so I've had this problem for a few days now, everytime I turn on my computer, it immediately goes into recovery.

It says: "Please choose an option:

Start the repair Microsoft Windows environment

    Reinstall Windows

    Advanced options

    "Exit and restart the computer"

I tried all the options, the demand for my keyboard and language input method, and then he says: "use recovery tools that can help solve the problems of Windows startup. Select an operating system to repair. If your operating system isn't listening, click Load Drivers and then install the drivers for your hard drives. »

There is no operating system listed and when I click Load Drivers, everything that happens is a folder called "System32".

There is another option, which is "Restore your computer using a system image you created earlier."

    This does not work either.

So now the second option has two ways to sort, 'Start Windows System Restore' I tried before and now does not work. There are also "Start Full destructive recovery" which I also tried, but there passed the first hurdle, even if she says it should take 30 to 60 minutes.

Advanced Options I can't use, because I'm not a user of advanced computing. It offers 3 options, although "Chkdsk", "Notepad" and "Command Prompt".

Even when I put in the Windows 7 disc, it does nothing.

This has all started after I had a few problems with the Sims 4 and since I changed my keyboard, but I don't know that could be the problem.

    Thank you for the update.

  • His Dell Inspiron 1420, microphone and camera integrated into the laptop does not work after installing Windows 7 Professional

No sound from my Dell Inspiron 1420 and the microphone and built-in laptop camera do not work after installing Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. My laptop has Windows 7 Vista 32 - bit family premium. My laptop is 64-bit capable and after going through the Upgrade Advisor, I installed Windows 7 64-bit. I can hear sounds when I use a headset plugged into the line-in Jack, but not through the speakers built into the laptop. I already tried new drivers from the Dell website, but I could not find.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

As it is has no drivers 64 bit Windows 7 on Dell Web site, your best chance is to install the 64-bit versions of Vista (if they exist) in compatibility mode, viz:

Right click on the Vista driver, then select Properties > Compatibility tab. Now choose to run the program in Vista compatibility mode and then apply > OK. Right click on the file and select run as administrator to install it.

No matter what I do, I can't turn off the microphone of shit, he's always watching on my speakers, I have all the right settings in the sound control panel... believe me!

Does anyone know how to disable the security...

    * monitor on my speakers even when I uninstalled all the sounddrivers! ... * it seems to be a bios problem... HEEEEELP!

is there perhaps a bios fix?... or no solution at all on this model, I use win 7 32 bit...

    Hi leon-k,.

Usually, you can cut the speakers in the Windows sound settings. Go to control panel > hardware and sound > sound.

Now, choose the recording tab as Akuma written and click Properties > listen. On this tab, you can change the volume and disable the microphone set.
